I came to the doctors tonic last weekend. Me and my 2 friends got food and plenty to drink and I couldn’t say a single bad word about this place. The staff were very attentive and polite, the food is great and for a good price. Drinks and the presentation is on point. It’s a great atmosphere for all people. Couldn’t recommend this place any more! Thank you again! Highly recommend you try the cheese and bacon burger, delightful!
We were looking for somewhere close to our hotel for some food and drinks, and found The Doctors Tonic.
We ordered from the menu and the food turned up as expected, hot and tasty.
We were very pleased with the whole experience. We even bumped into some friends we hadn't seen for a few years which made the time there very special.

We've visited a few times for food and drinks. Always a warm welcome from the staff, the service is great and the food is always well cooked and presented, the pub does get very busy at lunch and dinner, especially at weekends.
I'd definitely recommend a visit, the beer garden is lovely with loads of tables and nice greenery
Staff are brilliant (especially Becky!!) food is always amazing and there are some real characters, especially the older man that drinks red wine or Guinness (think his name is Pete) always stumbling about rambling about his Spanish wife and I’m sure he’s pissed himself on a few occasions
