Popped in for a drink whilst waiting for a friend, although staff were friendly it was a little annoying when I've ordered 2 buns, one without butter that when I asked which was butter free she just said 'I don't know'. The filling selection did look great and hopefully it tastes as nice as it looks but a little more customer service would go a long way here!
Stopped during a cold ride, for a coffee and cake. Great selection to choose from, good service and good coffee. Plenty of seating indoors too.
If only they would let my dog in while I buy my bread and rolls! Friendly staff, good rolls and baps (better than the supermarket and they last longer too), and they have a nice seating area for the café inside and out, under the cover.
Visited this branch after a while & was surprised on how much its been improved. Theres a great seating area & a wide range of selection here. I was served by Laura and she provided amazing customer service! She was extremely friendly, catering and made my experience much better here today. Special thanks to you!

Popped in for a quick lunch with my sister on a shopping trip to WGC. Nice selection of freshly made sandwiches with good variety of fillings, nicely served and very reasonably priced. Service was rather slow, but it was a busy saturday. Would visit again

It's my favourite local cafe, for lunch (loads of choice; excellent value), or just a coffee and a cheese twist. A great place to watch the world go by. The staff are lovely and friendly. They support the Willow foundation giving special days to young people with life limiting illnesses. Their mince pies are delicious.

This is by far the best brach of Simmons I have been in. I was pleasantly surprised. Large seating area and toilet with baby change. Pecan pie was wonderful and staff were really friendly and helpful. Would recommend for brunch/ lunch/ afternoon tea.
