Not my regular supermarket. Often shop here on occasions and always enjoy shopping here more than other supermarkets. It has a nice warm comfortable and inviting feel. Their pasties and pastas are awesome. Not to mention slot of their own branded foods. The cafe is a real disappointment. The food is
Easy to park. Food is good quality mostly with long expiration dates. Well stocked- never had an issue. Love the fish & butcher counters, as well as the pizza counter. Staff are always friendly.
Richard, the manager, was so kind and helpful when I was desperately looking for sweets for the trick or treaters on Halloween. Brilliant customer service 🤩. The visiting kids left very happy with their Haribos 🧙🏻♀️!!
Had a problem with Morrison's More card. We had an offer of 20% off our shop. Unfortunately it was not deducted from our bill.
We went to the help desk where a supervisor tried to contact the head office for advice. She said that it would take them 25 minutes to answer her call.

I'm a local here and some of them will ask how I am which always makes me feel bettee. The prices could be fairer but the customer service has never failed me.

Well stocked store, clean and tidy, staff very helpful.
Great store plenty of choice,good value,small garden shack out front of store next to trolly stand,a good amount of patent and disabled parking.
Good supermarket in Welwyn Garden City, lots of good fresh produce and a deli,bakery etc unlike some other well known supermarkets, easy parking and a petrol station on site
Medium-sized Morrisons branch but has everything you need including non-food items like cutlery, kitchenware, cleaning products, toiletries and perfumes.
Store is clean. Has self-checkout and 2 manned check-out counters for those who prefer this. Good atmosphere. Loads of amazon delivery people r
Staff member named Jade went above and beyond to help me today, despite that she was whizzing around packing orders. Super friendly, very knowledgeable, and helpful. Such a pleasant staff member. I will be back. Thanks Jade x
Love the meat counter. Lovely fresh ham and liversausage. Good prices too. It was nice to be able to actually talk to a serving person rather than just buy off the shelf.
Morrisons is my go-to store for a big shop. Fill up your larder and freezer with essentials at reasonable prices. I have found that there is no difference in quality of Morrisons brand items and popular brands. I just love shopping at Morrisons!
