A must try if you're in the area! Both the owner and chef were very approachable and accommodating of our preferences. Really made us feel like we'd been looked after from the moment we stepped through the door. We ordered a combination of birria tacos, quesadillas and wings, along with jarritos and horchata for drinks. The tacos and horchata were definetely a highlight, with the owner offering to make the food more spicy according to our tastes. Thanks for having us!

Quite possibly the best Mexican fast food I've ever had. I had the Mexican veg burger and it was incredible. The guys that worked there couldn't have been nicer, and took the time to come over to chat about the Blur concert we'd just watched, but more than that his enthusiasm about their food was just ace. You must give this place a try.

Kiwi (our chihuahua) and I absolutely loved the food, atmosphere, and service at El Bandido. I’ve been around including Mexico and the tacos in this place are the best I’ve ever tasted. I still cannot believe it. The kind staff gave Kiwi a bite also and now she doesn’t want to leave the restaurant ❤️.

TASTE BLAST! Wow. Seriously - wow. I'm not just being overly enthusiastic for the sake of sensationalism. I'm not joking, this place is amazing and provides an explosion of flavours that knocked me for six. In my old age, I thought I'd tasted everything that was possible. Nothing much has excited me food-wise for years. But then we came here after the play-off final. Had the Lamb Tacos. We were all flabbergasted. The flavours were just a different level. Meat perfectly cooked. Taco shells just right. But the lamb and the dressing was from heaven. Wonderful spices mixed with floral notes all elevated with a squeeze of lime. We ordered three times in total. We couldn't believe the flavours we were tasting. And the staff were smooth AF. Managing a room full of delirious Sheffield Wednesday fans with effortless cool. Amazing place. Salivating just writing this. Just wish I lived nearby!
