The Arch Wembley - Bar Dining Hotel

Very very convinient for a trip to Wembely, very friendly welcome, fanstastic food! Lovely clean and comfortable rooms. And i left my phone charger in the room when i left to come home and the kind people at the hotel sent my charger home with next day delivery in padded envelope 👍👍. They apologised for the tv aireal being broken by discounting the wine at our evening meal. Thank you for a plesant stay.

Stayed for a week in July. On arrival, staff were very pleasant although sometimes you need to visit the bar to converse with them as the reception isn't always staffed. That said, if you phone them, they quickly appear. I wish there was tea/coffee making facilities in the room rather than a general bar in hallway as that is a little inconvenient. Moved out of my original room as the television didn't work, including when there was decent weather. The switch was not a problem and staff were most helpful although reception in the latter was quite poor too so think they need to address the sigbal problem. The most annoying thing was the party on a Friday night/Saturday night - only went quiet at 02:00 hours. Staff did apologise and gave me a cheaper rate for the next night. They were very helpful assisting me with changes in my plans, assisting me with luggage (I had a lot) and Avi was helpful at a point whereby I was experiencimg a few problems. He negotiated a cheaper rate and was understanding in that I needed longer to stay as i was attempting to secure accommodation in London. When I stripped the bed as I was vacating, I was disgusted by the duvet and pillow stains, evidently drued blood and other bodily fluids, they need to replenish such. Overall, I would stay again as accommodation is decent with a few issues assuming above points were rectified. Staff are amazing, helpful, respectful and friendly. Food was lush.
