Early morning and in need of a coffee I went to Costa. However I wasn't able to have coffee as the machine was being serviced. However Jack(server) explained that he could only do tea. I decided on a peppermint tea which went down very well. At least 6 people walked out when there wasn't any coffee
A busy time for Costa West Bridgford and only two staff that I could see serving. However, they were friendly and efficient which made up for the wait. And the chocolate, served with a mini chocolate orange was delicious.

The most friendly staff in any Costa i have visited. Always kind and accommodating. The layout is a bit awkward so feels a little canteen-y but still highly recommended! I come here 3x per week.
