Visited on a number of occasions over a couple of years absolutely fantastic deserts and fantastic service. Naseem is a brilliant guy always preparing the deserts brilliantly. Unfortunately just been today for a takeaway and place has shut down so sad news

Been here a few time plenty of ice cream to choose from . Have a great selection of ice creams crepes waffles and sundaes . Staff are very plesant always off to help if your stuck for a choice let you have a sample of the ice cream aswell. Deffo will only use this dessert shop

Amazing service. Went recently for a birthday and the young lady servicing us was so kind and accommodating we were given a free milkshake and the orders came out very fast. She was an exceptional server and made the evening very enjoyable. Will be returning soon.

Dessert was great, good portions and prices. The two girls that served us are the reason I'm reviewing, the service was so good. They were so nice and genuinely friendly. I was with my friend and 2 kids, we will definitely be going back.

If there was more stars to give this amazing place I would definitely give!! It just the best thing that has happened to westbrom honestly loved all the staff working there, especially dela to recommend the gluten-free cheese cake! What an absolute treat! Great service from Alaa and tasnia aswell, they are just very friendly and very welcoming! Been here quite a few times but honestly even thou they were quite busy today, they still managed to be the absolute best staff in all westbrom! ❤️

I gave this place a try a few months ago and I keep coming back. My kids are constantly asking to come here. The way the restaurant is laid out is brilliant. The desserts are amazing and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Dela, Naseem, Charlotte and the rest are all great. Definitely worth a visit.

The staff are so friendly and always playing with my kids feel really welcome here the food is amazing definitely recommend this place l go as often as l can well priced as well
