Food was piping hot, freshly cooked chicken juicy and succulent, I much prefer the KFC fries over McD ones, gravy was probably the best I have had from KFC to date, you can't beat a family bucket for value for money, the shop was lovely and clean and staff all good, not so busy today, again another bucket with gravy, has to be my favourite KFC
Food for hot and fresh. Customer Service was great there was a little issue regarding my rewards which was resolved quickly and was explained by staff whilst it was being sorted. Cannot comment about inside as went through the drive thru.
Ordered through Uber eats who sent the wrong order could not fault the service we got from KFC to resolve this the lady on the phone made sure to serve us when we arrived she was polite and very helpful brilliant customer service
Ordered via app. Paid but got told order didn’t get passed. They sorted it out and gave me the food upon showing the app order. 2 days later refunded. Wow Free Meal happens twice since
Quiet lunchtime visit, so service was prompt with helpful staff. Food was tasty so no complaints there. Ample parking and drive thru.
