Lovely authentic Kerala food and service with smile. They were very happy to cater to our food allergies. The appams were super soft and all curries really yumm. The food came pretty quickly as well!
The food was great - not your average Indian takeaway food; this is very authentic, and very tasty! We had the vegetable platter dinner, which was a great way to try all sorts of different flavours. Only negatives were that we could have had better service, we were left hanging a few times, and ther
We enjoyed our visit. The service was good, the atmosphere was great and the food was superb. I enjoyed a Dosa (curry in a pancake) and my wife had a delicious smoky fish dish. The others I was with enjoyed their curries and biryani too. There is plenty of parking nearby in the station car park. The
Review done: My family and I am a huge fan of Kerala dishes. Iโ€™ve been to several Kerala restaurants in London but they donโ€™t come anywhere near the quality and the taste served in Kayak restaurant. As starters we had the Mixed seafood platter and Kayal Konju Chilly. Itโ€™s certainly fair to say the
Kayal has good ambience which gives you vibes of a typical kerala restaurant(in uk). Has wide variety of food in its menu and nothing felt over priced. Say around 10 pounds per person excluding drinks. And coming to drinks they do serve Indian beers like Kingfisher. Service was great and the staffs
Lovely restaurant with beautiful ambience. Loved their kappa and fish curry. food was delicious overall.
The food is very delicious and the price is reasonable. The grilled fish as a starter is my favorite although itโ€™s a bit spicy. The king prawn starter is also very nice. We ordered a main- chicken stew in coconut sauce, this is probably not the best main for strong taste people as it is quite mild.
Aww! Amazing Kerala-style restaurant with the fragrance of coconut oil in it ๐Ÿ˜. After a long, I tried some proper south Indian cuisine, and I would say it's worth trying in here for dinner or lunch. Recommend to have quick bites of fish pollichal which get wrapped in banana leaf still can remember t
Kayal is am amazing place. Right near the train station. I went there during the social distancing times and can recommend this place to anyone who wants to go out and eat there with peace of mind. The tables are well spaced out and the guests are seated with enough distance between them. The staff
Extremely satisfied with their food and satisfied with their food. They have varieties of sea food options too
If you like fish curry this place is amazing, they do other types too but seafood is their strength. The only weakness is the service can be a little slow or difficult to interact with, frustrating when you want another drink and weren't offered one when the main courses were delivered.
Amazing ambience . Felt that I am in Kerala . The cuisines were soo delicious . We tried the cuisine ellumkappa which sooo yummm.๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ‘Œ
Authentic kerala food, nice ambience and warm service! Special mention to Robin for the lovely treatment and guidance.
One of the best south Indian I've been to. Being a South Indian myself I can confirm that the food is excellent and all the south Indian items are very authentic. Staff are excellent they are very polite and service is pretty quick. Vio and Niraj are really very kind and helpful. Lot of veg options
Visiting kayal after 2 years gap, back in the days the menu had lot more items than what I seen today, I felt service could have been way better, felt customer service a little towards the downhill,. The food is good but some do lack flavours, price is on the high side for some dish when looking at
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the Onam Sadhya takeaway on Monday from Kayal restaurant, West Byfleet. There was a variety of delicious curries and traditional Kerala dishes such as Avial , Inji Puli , Sambar and many more .The food is high quality and I felt like I was in Kerala . Definitely w
Wow, glad we discovered this place. Tasty authentic Kerala food in the UK. Just loved it. Great ambience, fab service and conveniently located. We tried their chicken and salmon dishes, both of which were very good. Highly recommended. Credit cards accepted. Ample parking space available close by.
