My husband and I �, got married here last weekend. We literally couldn't have asked for a better service. The food was amazing, the staff were so friendly and efficient, the venue was just perfect. The gardens are gorgeous for photos and guests to mingle. Amy was great at helping the day go so smoothly and put she put in so much hard work. Jordan was lovely too, so happy and always there to help. I felt they became more of a guest �. I couldn't recommend this venue enough for any occasion, you are made to feel so special. We didn't have to worry about anything as they had it all under control. We are so pleased with how the day went, which was mainly down to lanes. 10/10. Our guests are also just as pleased with Lanes, we've had so many lovely comments. The duck was certainly a winner with the starters. We have just come back from our honeymoon and I went for a massage today- that was also amazing!!!
We had a superb lunch. The staff were attentive and very polite. Food was first class and value for money. Definitely will be returning.
Stayed here for our wedding anniversary.

Had a small , intimate wedding reception here on Saturday, it was so lovely, the staff where attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The food was extremely nice, the grounds are beautiful, a special thank you to Amy who guided us through the planning, we really had a day to remember , many thanks Terri and phil Newton
It's a brilliant place to stay. Wonderful massages and treatments. lovely and very helpful staff. The only thing I would like to see is the piano to be played again. My husband and myself used to love sitting listening to the piano, really made Lanes special. yet another brilliant stay, we will be back soon.

Lovely place, lovely friendly, and attentive staff. Couldn't fault it except (and I'm presuming it's not their fault) there were a few areas where you could not get a mobile phone signal, but as when WiFi was free, you could use web-based calls. Lovely, clean place.
Fish and chips were cooked beautifully mushy garden peas not sure straight away but what a nice change once tried. Service was excellent .
