Crust Pizza

We ordered customised pizza’s online and then I phoned straight after to add garlic aioli to one of them. The lady I spoke to said it was no problem as they only just received my order and she said the garlic aioli will be added. Upon arriving home from picking up the pizza’s I saw that there was no garlic aioli sauce added! The other vegetarian pizza we ordered did not have a nice flavour which I thought was odd because when I order that one from other crust stores it’s delicious! I wouldn’t therefore recommend this particular store given the price is steep in comparison to other chains and if the pizza is not of good quality then you are better off ordering from another pizza store. Parking is also difficult at this location.

Ordered form this store online and called up and hour later as our pizza wasn't delivered and the lady said they hadn't even seen our order and said they were having issues with their iPad or computer. So ok no problem can we have our money back we will just order elsewhere.. no we would need to go through Menulog to get our money back... FFS ok we will wait... An hour and a half later our order still wasn't at our house which is annoying as we have kids that were now up almost 2 hrs past their usual bedtime. So I called up again and the lady said our pizza still hadn't left the store yet and started saying a long list of excuses and then offered us a store credit.. if you can't fulfil orders them don't take them. Will never be ordering from them again. Pathetic.
