Very reasonably priced and very enjoyable. I would recommend this place as great place to feed the family with well made traditional fare at a reasonable price.
What a lovely place! It has a great look inside & big enough that tables aren't crammed too close together. Staff were super friendly & accommodated all our needs including for our food which was great too. Already looking forward to our next visit.
Fantastic place set in amazing grounds. Great garden for the kids to run wild in.
Good is always amazing, being pescatairian I can personally recommend the fisherman's feast and my partner says the carvery is amazing.
Keeps my family and I coming back every Sunday.

A great place to unwind over lunch. Very fair prices for good pub food. We loved the carvery. Excellent provision for covid safety without compromising attention to customer service. Nice choice of seating inside and out. Nothing pretentious, an honest family-friendly wayside pub.
friendly people + lovely pub. Had some issues with the car. Staff was more then happy for us to leave it on site until we repaired the vehcile. offered us a hot drink in a time of panic also helped push vehicle out of live traffic. thank you all very much.
Went to the Grand re opening Saturday 12th June, with my wife, BBQ and band night. Service and food was excellent, band were very good too. Think this will be our new Saturday night destination as I think they will be having live music on a regular basis. Recommended
Our group popped by here while out on a day ride. Looked after by one lovely lady who seemed to be doing everything - and coping really well. Nice warm welcome and sensibly budgeted lunch menu. Nice environment.
This pub has been taken over by new people. Very friendly made you feel welcome. Only had a limited menu but food was good .Looking forward to going back
Popped in on the off chance for lunch so glad we did, the staff were warm and friendly, the menu was brilliant had trouble choosing the food was fantastic would definitely recommend it and will be going back.
Although dressed in my work clothes, I was made to feel extremely welcome. Upon entering I was impressed with the size of the place, although it still held an air of cosiness and warmth which immediately relaxed me after my busy day.

An absolute delicious meal was had. Service was exceptional, doggie water bowl waiting on arrival as when reserved table we advised dogs would be with us. Bargain 2 meals and bottle of wine for £20. Sat after 5pm.
