Yumyumyum. I think I fancy one of the waiters more than the food ... Having said that the food is always nice :)
This is a really busy restaurant and i would recommend booking a table in advance, the meet and greet is very friendly.....It's family oriented and provides high chairs for babies. I ordered the steak and it was cooked to perfection, if you have a sweet tooth you will enjoy the desserts as the portions are very generous..... this is the first restaurant i have been into that uses environmentally friendly straws i was very impressed and hope more follow there lead....

We go Frankies pretty much once or twice a month for thier breakfast and it's always good. I must admit I always get the traditional breakfast and my sister get the pancakes and eggs. Before 12pm it's always nice and empty so we get to just relax and enjoy our food. we've sat there so long sometimes we've even ordered lunch. You know what to expect at a Frankies and it's very reasonably priced.

Frankie and Benny's at it should be. The outside looks a bit grubby but inside was nice and clean and the staff so helpful. Food was ordered (breakfast) and it arrived quickly and hot and well cooked. No complaints from us, as usual very tasty!!

Great place to have your breakfast. Went in last week been greated by really positive and smiley staff. Amazing service from Martin was really helpful with the menu and served everything really quick.

Overall a pleasant experience, enjoyable and friendly.
Entering the venue, the restaurant was clean and well presented, tables and booths line the floor. We were sat at a table quickly and menus opened. Our visit was a Friday, so it was busy. The atmosphere was towards loud, to be expected for a high traffic time.
Our waiter was polite, friendly and quick to start, but as evening carried on there was a marked reduction in service speed. The waiting staff seemed to be quite preoccupied, but the shift leaders and managers were on the floor assisting.
The food served is American Italian, with huge to New York everywhere. Burgers, pizza, calzone and various pasta dishes on offer were priced expensively, but large meals and tasty. Food served was hot and accurate to our order, albeit slow on service.
As mentioned earlier, overall good experience. If it weren't for the constant stream of 'happy birthday' surprises and singing Cliff Richards Congratulations song (in our visit there were a total of 8 in an hour) that the franchise has become famous for, I would mark 5 stars. Maybe staff should exercise a little discretion when blaring music in a busy eatery.
We had a lovely time at Frankie and Benny’s today. We were allowed to pick our own table which is handy when you have 2 under 4 years old so we could sit away from everyone and keep our noise to ourselves. The toilets were clean. We were served by Emilia who made sure myself and the kids were happy, even by letting us stray from the menu slightly for our picky children. She was polite, conscientious and efficient. The manger was welcoming and inviting. We would recommend and will be revisiting that restaurant.
Fantastic food!!!!!!!! Just loving it. Superb service. One of the managers (i think his name was Halal) kept my kids entertained during our dinner. Our server Paul was very helpful as well. Looking to come back again
A fairly good gluten free menu with options from their pasta, pizza and grill ranges. I would have opted for a bacon cheeseburger, but it comes with a jacket potato, instead of chips and I couldn't face the thought of eating a burger and a jacket potato in one meal(!) So I had the half rack of ribs which comes with a (yes, you guessed it) jacket potato and coleslaw.
Can't fault the meal really as I enjoyed it, being both well cooked and tasty.
Service was good too, the waiting staff were efficient and helpful.
Overall a pretty good eating experience.
Went there last night, although one of our party were not keen on the food, Talal was amazing in offering an alternative or a solution. The customer service by the staff was fantastic as was the service. Not my usual kind of place but I have rarely encountered such a great level of service. The food was large portions so order wisely for smaller appetites.
Good food and a lovely attentive waiter! Had a terrible experience in their Maidstone restaurant so was hesitant to eat here but I really enjoyed it! The pizza looked delicious and we decided to wait for lunch but the breakfast looked lovely!
The burger was great too.
