This was my first time going to Ed’s Easy Diner in Lakeside and it was a really good experience.
The choice was made as it was the least busy in the food court.
The food choices are varied offering all the American meat options and sides and came fairly promptly after ordering.

Not a bad place to enjoy a burger in Lakeside. Staff are friendly, although I was confused about ordering at the bar as other Ed’s have full table service. The food was good quality, although they misunderstood our request for extra cheese sauce for the fries and added it to our burger instead.
Came here for a late-ish lunch as I had a Free Milkshake & Burger to use as I'm a member of the Ed's App.
Was quiet but service was really prompt.
Track & Trace was easy to do, food arrived in excellent time & was very tasty 👍🏻🍟.
The service was quick by Grace and the meal was brought out very quick, didn’t have to wait too long. 1kg chicken wings was nice and we were given the option of 50/50 bbq and ranch. Visited Ed’s Diner in Brighton with my partner for breakfast. We experienced excellent customer service, food came out very quickly and the food itself was cooked to perfection. Would definitely come again and would recommend this restaurant
The diner is located in Intu Lakeside shopping centre. It's a beautifully designed space to suit an American style diner. A lot of effort has been put into this. The staff are friendly. I've been here twice now. I have been enjoying the 'all day breakfast' on my recent visit, decent portions, cooked
This place is becoming a family favourite, we were seated promptly and our food came in good time. We were served by Carla who was very helpful and attentive.

Ignore the negative review and give this place the benefit of doubt and i assure you will not regret, food is delicious and staff is very helpful and friendly and accommodating, will certainly come back with family and friends :)
Fast to be seated, and fast table service. Great food as always and fabulous "Go nuts" milkshake.
Friendly and didn't have to wait for a table only issue can't customise on app but staff was very helpful in taking our order food arrived quickly place was very clean

Brilliant experience from start to finish, enquired about dairy free for the 2 children before we say down and the manager quickly replied and also double checked and showed us the allergen ipad to check. Excellent service, amazing food and to be cooked fresh arrived quickly, couldn't recommend more
I'd been craving a really decent burger lately and Ed's Diner was exactly what I needed. I had the Dirty Deli burger and it was amazing. Great skin-on fries, as well.
