Oh my days, we've just eaten probably the best chinese EVER. The mixed starter combo was STUNNING! Especially the satay chicken with the best peanut sauce we've ever eaten. And the duck with plum sauce and the king prawn chow mein... out of this world. If I'm ever within an hour away of this restaurant, I'll be coming again, without a doubt!
In the area for Business. Stumbled on this place by chance , the staff are very friendly and the food is amazing . Would definitely recommend this place . If you are in the area have a look

This is one of the best restaurants in Weston, the food is delicious, well cooked and well presented. The staff are wonderful and it's very, very affordable. I cannot recommend it enough. At last Weston has a Chinese restaurant we can be proud of. Please go, you will not be disappointed.
I had a great meal here with my best friend the other day. Delicious food, exceptional friendly service and lovely atmosphere. Didn't feel rushed or harassed like you do in many other restaurants. I will be back again and would totally recommend to others. Excellent.
Fusion for a meal is superb, food cooked to perfection, friendly and knowledgeable staff and prompt service, could not fault it, stayed in Weston for 2 weeks and had a meal each week, we just loved it.

The food and service was fantastic, they’ve never let us down. The two of us had drinks, starter and main course for under fifty quid so great value too. I’m looking forward to my next visit.
Another fantastic meal tonight. We booked for my son's birthday a table of 8. Food was delicious, tasty, fresh and we had a selection of starters and main courses each that we all tasted. The staff are always so friendly, attentive and sang Happy Birthday to our son. Thank you for another wonderful evening, a relaxed atmosphere, we never felt rushed. Still the best Chinese in Weston and will be back again very soon.

This was the best chow mein I have ever had, it was divine. There was so much I couldn't finish it & that is unusual for me. Waitress was attentive without being intrusive & the price was very reasonable. If you get a chance please visit, it's well worth it.

Probably the best Chinese food I have ever had. This restaurant is hidden away in the seaside town and serves food far superior to any London Chinese restaurant I have tried. The staff are friendly and there is a relaxed and informal feel to the place. Definitely worth a visit.
This was the best Chinese we have ever had (and we've had a lot). Succulent chicken, juicy prawns and flavourful sauces, a fully delicious meal with a great price tag. We come here every year that we're on holiday and leave wishing we had a Fusion at home. Thank you to the wonderful staff who are always sweet and welcoming, we can't wait to come back again!
Very good and excellent service, very friendly and good value for money. Obviously quite as it was a Wednesday but this restaurant is worth the visit if your in or near WSM.

We had a lovely, well priced meal here which was filling and delicious. After ordering they realised they did not have a drink we ordered in stock so they ask what we wanted instead... I offered to pay the difference in the more expensive drink but they insisted it was okay... lovely service.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always serving with smile. Also, it was a very clean establishment. I would definitely go back.

We have only been here once (so far) and it was after the lock down had been eased.
It was the only place I felt safe as there was no one in there... but also because they seemed to be following the rules. For a small interior (only the right hand side was open at the time I think) they had hand sanitizer in multiple locations which I was pleased with and they wore face visors. There was a part where I would not have been comfortable sitting if other people were there but that is my own opinion as I am very cautious. I see on Google pictures that the left hand side of the establishment which we did not go in is very spacious.
