Havw been coming to Winstons aunce 2012. Have always found Staff pleasant & polite. Food always lovely. I have the OAP special which is plenty for me.

Best fish and chips I've had in a long time. Service was great, nothing too much bother. Staff were friendly and efficient. Nice family atmosphere

Lovely welcome. Very friendly. Tables very clean. Haddock and chips and saveloy really tasty. Chips looked very pale but tasted good.

Fantastic fish and chips. The quality is amazing. It's not as cheap as rival places close by. But it's definitely better food.

Visited this restaurant 10th June Sunday it was fairly quiet . had the fish and chips probably the best I've ever had tbf the batter was light and fish cooked perfectly (cod ) chips was soft and everything freshly made to order. The price is on the dearer side at 15 pounds per head. Takeaway option is cheaper then sitting in

We visited on a Sunday when it was very hot so understandably they were very busy. All food is cooked from fresh so there was a short wait, but the food was lovely.
We ate in their outside restaurant. The service was fantastic. A good choice of food at reasonable prices.
My daughter ordered a slushy, they temporarily ran out and there was a slight wait. One of the young waitresses can back after a couple of minutes to say that they were waiting for the machine to freeze the liquid and offered my daughter a complimentary drink in the interim. When they bought out the slushy another arrived two minutes later as she wasn’t happy that it was frozen enough. The staff are a great credit to the restaurant, well done!!!

The Cod was delicious with a lovely crispy batter. The steak&kidney pie was meaty and tasty. We ordered roe and we were surprised to receive 2 slices of roe.
This place was a little gem and the prices were very good for what we had, cheaper than at home which was brilliant.
The staff were friendly and efficient, they cleaned every table and swept around the tables after every customer had left.
I would highly recommend a visit to Winstons in Western super mare the next time you visit. We will definitely be going there again.
