Great food and if not for between person taking the booking and staff putting out reservation not allocating us the table requested it would have been a 5 star. The waiter did move us when the table became empty 20-30 mins into our visit but it was not a good start to a family meal. Btw the restaurant was very quite as Sunday evening before Christmas so would have been no trouble to show the family if 5 to one of the many tables for 5. Our allocated table was right by the serving hatch!

Food was lovely. No long waiting times either, staff were friendly, Ben was our server he was very helpful and got our slightly tricky order perfect. We even got to take our spare food home in a box. My only negative comment; the floor was very sticky as well as the women's toilet floor also. Couldn't fault anything else, would come back as very good value for money, especially with a tastecard! Thanks again :)

We visited the restaurant on Friday evening, we were welcomed and shown to our table. The staff were all friendly and Amy who was our server was very helpful when we ordered as we needed to make a few changes. our drinks order was taken first and delivered quickly. The choice of food was good and of a high quality. We had four meals and all were happy with their choices. Amy was attentive throughout and we would definitely visit again.

Came for an early dinner today because I got a voucher sent through my email for a free main course. Arrived at the restaurant and there were only 3 other tables occupied, so it was very very quiet. We were seated quickly and our orders were taken straight away. Our food Arrived, freshly cooked within 15 minutes of ordering. We were very pleased with the service and with how quickly we were served, although I suspect once it's busier service may be a little longer (as you would expect). Our only small issue was that as a young, childless couple we were seated surrounded by families with children! Obviously it is a personal preference and I suppose we could have asked to be moved. It just seemed odd as the restaurant was empty! Children at the end of the summer holidays waiting to go back to school aren't exactly what you want to be a sat between when you come for a quiet meal.
