Absolutely gorgeous place, friendly, hospitable staff. We had a full English breakfast and a good pot of proper Yorkshire tea!! Excellent, I would highly recommend Pomfrets and will definitely come again 😀

Delicious breakfast with fried potatoes and particularly scrummy sausage. Everything top quality ingredients.
And the scone. Raspberry and hone made honeycomb. Wow!

What an amazing place to eat stopped here on our way to Durham , so pleased we did . Breakfast was delicious staff were friendly and helpful and the cakes were Amazing we we actually stopped again on our way back home . We’re see you again very soon 5/5 .
Lovely place, scones fabulous. Soup tasty but just not sure the flavour matched up with its title. Would still visit again.
First time here came after recommendation from my hairdresser. Obviously popular as we had to wait a while for a table. Ordered coffees and cream scones. Choice of two flavours. Exceptional scones looked well baked but extremely light and my blueberry sooo tasty. Lots of cream and good coffee. Well
I came with my little poodle today. Today is warm so I chose Victorian lemonade but I’d prefer tea. Coffee walnut cake is great!
