While we were working in this area this was a lovely little traditional pub that we would visit. The locals are friendly and so are the staff. Situated on the river, you have a beautiful view of the water and little boats with plenty of outdoor seating that is also under cover. The beer was spot on,

Good traditional pub with a good atmosphere and friendly staff. Food is good, simple pub food. Cod and steak were cooked perfectly, and my friend enjoyed the sausages.
An excellent riverside pub! Quick service even when busy and very helpful staff. Sat in the sun with a cold pint watching the boats go by, is a lovely way to spend the afternoon. Perfect.
