Review Rosebourne Weyhill - Weyhill

My recent visit to this place was a delightful experience that seamlessly blended delicious food with an enchanting garden center. Upon arrival, I was immediately enticed by the mouthwatering aromas emanating from the food section. Although they had a limited menu due to some items being out of stock, the quality of the food was undeniably good. Each dish I tried was a culinary delight, bursting with flavors and beautifully presented. The portion sizes were ample, ensuring that I left feeling both satisfied and content. In addition to the delightful dining experience, the garden center was an absolute treat for the senses. Immaculately maintained and adorned with a vast assortment of flowers and plants, it was truly a sight to behold. As I wandered through the well-organized pathways, I found myself captivated by the vibrant colors and fragrant scents that surrounded me. The range of plant species on display was impressive, catering to every gardening enthusiast’s tastes and preferences. The staff members were not only friendly but also knowledgeable, providing valuable insights and guidance on plant care. Overall, my time at this establishment left me thoroughly impressed. The combination of excellent food despite the limited menu and the stunning garden center brimming with an abundance of flowers and plants created an experience that was both memorable and enjoyable. Whether you are a food lover or a nature enthusiast, this place offers a truly immersive experience that will leave you craving a return visit.

Lovely afternoon tea. I had a voucher which was for half price afternoon tea for 2. Which was well worth the money, but I wouldn't have wanted to pay the full price of £20 each. Maybe I'm tight?!

Bustling and loud, it has a nice cafe to go to if you’re looking for tasty food and a coffee whilst looking around this garden centre. I’ve previously had a ploughman’s that was very delicious! The prawn Mayo jacket was interesting… there were large shavings of lemon and it tasted like i was almost eating cake! Mocha was delicious and the red bush tea was good! The garden centre itself it’s gorgeous with many local made goods to choose from, some not so local! But worth going to if you’re looking for a classy dinner to cook at home or a gift for loved ones :) we quite often come to browse the cheeses.

First visit to this garden centre farm shop and restaurant. We stopped by for elevenses and the service in the restaurant was fantastic! Nothing was too much trouble and the food and coffees were great. A scoot around the farm shop and deli with a huge selection of meats, drinks, cakes, breads and frozen foods, could have spent a fortune very easily! Garden centre itself was laid out well with interior decoration area, loads of garden furniture and well kept outdoor plants and shrubs. Some building work going on at the moment but we will be back near Christmas to see what goodies they have. Drop in its well worth it.

I love this place. The food hall is well stocked with really nice and interesting food and drink. I bought some flowers here for my parents and they were lovely. I haven’t tried the cafe yet but it seems very popular.

First experience here before Christmas - lovely. Went for lunch with a few friends. Menu has lovely variety and reasonably priced. Ordered coronation chicken jacket potato (first time having coronation chicken so took a risk) and was delicious. Hubby had beef burger to which no complaints. Meal arrived in a timely manner. Had to order via QR code- which could be an issue to some, ie- those without smart phone or those with low battery etc, but I am sure they are able to facilitate. Lovely atmosphere and spacious. We are looking forward to our return to try a roast lunch on a Sunday!

Very lovely place to shop during Christmas period due to vouchers and discounts Friendly atmosphere and nice products to buy. Layout is brilliant to find what you need. Hygiene is good for food and plants. Lovely healthy plants to buy. Not cheap during Christmas and event periods.

A firm favourite of ours to go to for fresh produce, local stuff etc. The cafe/restaurant is also a delight to visit. The latest/newish thing of ordering via the QR code is good as you can stay sat at your table and not worry about queing to order, however it's still limited in you can't actually see the food youre ordering. However, easy to operate and the drinks and food arrive quickly and hot/cold depending. Lovely atmosphere in the place and generally don't wait too long for a table. Decor doesn't change too much so a period update would be nice, but it's a garden centre still so..... The good is great, always fresh, fairly good value for money depending what you have.

Food took about 40 minutes to come, which felt quite long but it wasn't too bad. Had one cooked breakfast, one bacon and egg on sourdough toast and one eggs benedict. The sourdough with the bacon and egg was very thin! For the money paid anyway. Was expecting slightly thicker cut stuff. But the actual taste was nice. And unfortunately the gammon that came with the eggs benedict was incredibly slimy and reformed. Didn't taste great either. So that was unfortunate. Bit pricey, but lovely environment, and very friendly staff :)

Ordered the: Fish and chips Cheese burger Peppermint and ginger tea The fish and chips was top notch. The fish batter especially was super crispy. The beef in the burger was a little dry (making me double check if it was a plant based meat) but still fairly good. The other ingredients were ok. Decently sized portions.

Turned up today at 1110 looking for breakfast, which I knew they stopped serving at 1130. I was told in a very unapologetic manner that they were too busy to do any more breakfasts. Rather than explain that we would have a long wait, we were forced to venture further down the A303 to a great little farm cafe/ shop at cholderton. Not only are the staff friendly, but the food is great and there is a choice of inside and outside eating areas. They also serve an all day breakfast up till 1400.

A wonderfuland varied garden centre and deli. The choice of items is amazing. One of my favourite places to browse but unfortunately the deli and fresh produce is quite pricey. We get great deals with the Hilliers card-fabulous savings on plants!

Amazing! The food was amazing and the chocolate was delicious too! We didn’t have to wait long for our food or drinks, the lady that sat us down was lovely and explained everything to us really well. Definitely our new favourite garden centre and will be back again ☺️

The Sunday roast is delicious, one of the best we have had. Very good value aswell if you have two courses it's £18.99. And the staff are very friendly and helpful. Chefs also very accommodating with menu questions. Thank you... we have been many times never disappointed.

Beautiful contemporary garden centre, combining food hall with fresh fruits, vegetables, butchers with fresh meats, bakery, high quality gift, garden ornaments, nursery, indoor & outdoor plants the list is endless. It's a bit pricey but worthy it. Table service restaurant for breakfast, lunch and posh afternoon cream tea. Wide selection of hot & cold food & drinks, gluten free food available. We really enjoyed our meals. Coming again. Professional and friendly staff who are ever so busy. Spotless clean and tidy environment, large spacious and airy. Huge free car park. Wheelchair accessible enterance. Great ideas for gifts, cards. Highly recommend coming with plenty of time, the long waiting pays. It's a shame there is no public transport past this way. Taxi cost a fortune.
