Loco Lobo Tex Mex

Delicious TexMex-ish food! We decided to try, even though we didn't have a reservation, but they were kind and made room for the three of us. Service was outstanding! Food arrived quickly and was plentiful. A nice selection range on the menu. We would definitely go again! Although, we will probably make a reservation. Highly recommended.

I tried the Four Saucemen challenge on Sunday 21st July. This was not a challenge for the weak of constitution and despite being 'into' hot food and prodigiously greedy, I didnt stand a chance 😂😂 You win some, you lose some. All in all I felt the Loco Lobo was a fantastic experience, I liked the decor, the staff were good, the selection of food and drink good and appropriate and the smells coming from the kitchen were to die for. Pricing about spot on too.

So glad to have a Mexican in Weymouth. Not eaten in, but had two deliveries so far. Good grub, and you get more bang for your buck than with pizza, Indian or Chinese. Easy to order 'too much'. Mexican doesn't naturally lend itself to delivery IMO - most of the dishes need a bit of room, but I guess it's impractical (and enviromentally unsound) to give each item its own odd-shaped box, so each dish (especially my Dirty 'Dog) got wrapped, and consequently squished together in a spicy, meaty, cheesy lump. I don't have a single problem with that, but some might.

Myself and the woman finally got a chance to test out Loco Lobo last night. I'm normally not a big fan of Mexican food but I'm always down to try new food venues. From the moment we walked in we was looked after. We got a nice little window table and was given the menus. We had the mixed sharer to start, Chimichangas (they're fun to say) plus sides for mains and then some apple taco thing and churros for dessert. Considering I'm not a fan of Mexican food, it was amazing. It turns out I definitely dont like nachos (so the missus finished them off) and not a big fan of the taco case things either but this is no reflection of the venue or the quality of the food, just my food preferences. The missus loved hers. All in all, 100% recommended. Good food. Good service. Decent portion sizes.

Fab, Weymouth needed something different and Tex Mex fits the bill perfectly. Our experience here this evening was brilliant, food was great and the staff were very warm and friendly and couldn't be more helpful. We will definitely be back. Ignore the disgruntled keyboard warriors in previous reviews. Nothing would please some people. Try it and I think you will like it.
