Amazing carvery brilliant service brilliant staff

We've been staying at the Rembrandt, and at first we were cautious about the restaurant, as both of us are vegetarians. The menu sounded tasty, so we decided to give it a try... And it was incredible.
The vegetable&tofu skewers just melt in your mouth, the sauces are top notch.
