Called in on 2 different days, first day we both had afternoon meal deal, all day brunch, second day we both had afternoon deal standard fish and chips. U had alcoholic drinks, the wife had hot refill drinks. On both occasions food and drink perfect and great value for money. All staff very polite and helpful and always clearing and cleaning tables as soon as people left. Couldn't fault any thing.

Cool bar in the heat, quiet but not frighteningly so and barstaff great. Warned of 20 mins delay for food, so we ordered drinks whilst we waited. Lunch came in 10-15 mins so not as bad as anticipated & that's better than vice versa!
Chilled out after lunch, no pressure to move and this was appreciated on such a hot day!

It was the first time we had used the pub and we were very impressed! We hadn’t realised that there was a charity football match after ‘party/bbq’ happening that day. However the staff and food were both lovely even though they were extremely busy.

Very friendly pub. Lots of sports, darts, dominoes, cards,. football on telly. Big range of beers, also craft beers and large range of wine. Food offers available for instance, Tuesday is burger and drink for £8.50 and Wednesdays it's curry and drink for £8.50. Thursdays it's steak and drink for £9.50. All served hot. Excellent service, friendly staff. Well worth a visit.

Fantastic service and food. Staff were welcoming and attentive. We can on a Thursday and it’s £8.50 for a pint and a steak ! Steak was great good size and cooked well. Medium rare. I had hunters chicken it was also lovely. If we come back here on holiday we will definitely be visiting this place again. Our entire meal and food cost just over £20 !

Good food and a nice pint but most importantly they are dog friendly. The staff were very polite and helpful. There is outside seating which we used to have our meals as it was a nice evening. Overall I would recommend it.
