Great fish and chips... however... we ordered online and our food was more than 30 minutes after promised time. Every other customer has similar problems. The customers coming in, when there were already over 20 people waiting, did not know whether to go to the front to order or to wait to order
Best fish and chips I've had in a long time! The cod was huge and definitely only needed 2 portions of chips between 4 of us!
Late arrival staying at Chickerell. Notbthe cheapest but I have to say the best pieces of haddock we ever had. Hessle fish shop up North has been the benchmark for us. Really good standard of food but it's crazy busy. I'd recommend ordering ahead but it will be at least 15 minutes later than the requested time so factor that in.
First time using this fish and chip shop. Absolutely beautiful food it's a shame I am only on holiday in the area if I lived closer I would be a regular customer

The food is delicious, good portions, freshly cooked, the staff work very hard to get your order done quickly
Great food very hot, would expect that after the 15-20 minute wait, not a fan of the pre ordering que jumpers or the relationship with toilet the next day, PS: Curry sauce pots are huge recommend only need one

Great fish and chip shop. Waiting time can be long when ordering instore with online ordering and phone orders. Also you need stop delivery drivers coming in and making boxes when they don't wash their hands🤮
