A great experience, the staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The food experience was great, all fresh meats, perfect way to have small portions of different meats, cuts and exactly as you want it cooked, all fresh and tasty. The buffet was also very good. Would definitely recommend.
We had an anniversary dinner here today and it was excellent! Hannah was charming, friendly, and attentive without being overbearing. The food was delicious, especially the meats which are the main event. My favourite was the lamb but they were all very good. There's an unlimited salad bar with condiments and traditional stews, rice and potatoes. Save plenty of space for meat though - that's unlimited too!
I recommend planning out parking beforehand as this area is mostly residential.
You could easily walk past this place by accident as it blends in with the surrounding housing.
We came in a Saturday evening (pre booking highly recommended!) for the dinner menu.
The ambiance within was buzzing with excitement.
With regards to the food, the buffet is an attended buffet where a member of staff will add items to your plate for you.
The restaurant has a token system; as long as you want more meat, show the green side of the token! A waiter will come with a large skewer of meat, explain what the meat is and ask if you would like any.
Something that we weren’t aware of; if there is a particular at you wanted to see circulated from the menu, you must advise the staff.

Really tasty restaurant with lovely staff that couldn't be more helpful. A good selection of salads served to you in the current climate, but you could return as many times as you wish. The selection of 14 meats was amazing and had to flip the card over to red on a few occasions just to give us a chance to keep up.

Wow! The food is amazing (hot and cold salad bar, a large amount of different meats such as lamb, different steak cuts, chicken thighs etc - all cooked to your liking). And the concept of using a red/green token to turn when you would like to be served more meat is brilliant.
We had Hannah looking after us for our meal and she was just the friendliest, most helpful and professional host. It seemed she really wanted to make sure we had the best experience for our anniversary meal, checking which, if any, particular meats we would like more of (my favourites were the lamb and chicken thighs, the flavour was amazing and the seasoning travelled through the meats instead of just sitting as a coating on the outside) and she ensured our drinks we kept full throughout the meal.
There are options for people with dietary requirements such as vegetarian, and they are child friendly (we almost brought our child with us).
Definitely recommend!
This place is fantastic. The food is good quality and delicious, the variety of meat is brilliant and it just keeps coming. The staff were very attentive, Hannah especially and I will be going again. I went on a Thursday night when it wasn't overly busy so not sure what the weekend atmosphere would be like.
Fantastic evening at Sambo! Great cocktails by Mella and all the meats you could possibly want carved by Hannah.

Fantastic food, attentive and polite staff made sure everything was cooked to our liking and we had everything we needed and great cocktails. Great for Gluten free, all meat GF and all sides marked.
Visited tonight for our first time whilst on holiday in Weymouth . Really great food , service was excellent couldn’t fault the place . Price point seems high but after you visit you understand that you do get what you pay for . Thank you to the team there who all work so hard .
Hannah was a very attentive host. The gentleman that came around with the meat was full of information and incredible helpful. Brilliant experience.
