Kam Thai - Whitby - Photo album

Average food I would say and quite expensive. Service was lovely and a nice menu and clean place. Just not quite as good as I've had before but still nice. Coconut pancakes were yummy!
Absolutely loved my experience at the Kam Thai restaurant! The food was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I can't recommend the Thai Pancake enough; it's a delightful homemade creation by the chef and a truly unique and cleverly adapted dessert that you won't want to miss. 😊
What a beautiful cosy place. We forgot to book and they accommodated us with no trouble. Kind and descret service not too fussy or uncomfortable. The young man and young lady were perfect at their jobs. We had the vegan set meal 😋 the starters were amazing, ( forgot to take pictures I was too excit
Found us a table despite us not booking. The restaurant was nice, modern and comfortable - The pictures on Google don't do it justice. Food was excellent and a good price. Service was absolutely fantastic!
The best takeaway we’ve ever had. Food piping hot and absolutely delicious. Staff very knowledgeable about gluten free dishes too. Will definitely be back!
We had an excellent meal at Kamthai Thai during our visit to Whitby. We showed up on a busy night without a reservation and were grateful they could squeeze us in after a 20 minute wait. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Everything we ordered came out perfectly.
Booked in at short notice and they were happy to accommodate us. The food was excellent and so was the service. They really do their utmost to make sure it's an enjoyable experience for you. We will definitely be coming here again next time we visit Whitby.
Excellent Thai food, reasonably priced. Several vegan options available. My chilli garlic tofu was exceptional. Attentive, friendly service. This is our new favourite local Thai place. We will happily drive from Pickering to eat here.
Lovely restaurant set within Whitby train station. Food is delicious. Staff are pleasant and very attentive. Each time we have come on holiday for the last 3 years we have dined here, and we will be back again next year.
Early bird meal on Saturday evening. Booking is recommended from 6pm as it can get busy. Me and my partner had absolutely delicious meal. Full of flavours and presentation 5* Definitely will be back and highly recommended. Thank you for a fantastic night.
We were able to book last minute during a busy weekend, they moved tables around to accommodate us. Thoroughly enjoyed the food! Food and Drink: Delightful and a good range for Veggies and Carnivores! Bar for alcohol and soft drinks. Accessibility: Can do, double angled entrance, no disabled loo.
Nice calm atmosphere and very friendly staff. We've enjoyed our meal during a recent holiday in Whitby. We ordered a sharing platter for two as a starter, a bottle of wine, and a couple of dishes with egg fried rice. Everything was absolutely delicious, 10/10 from us.
This restaurant was the highlight of my travel to Whitby, the food was spectacular! We came here on a Saturday during Whitby Goth Weekend and were impressed that the restaurant was able to get us a table in just ten minutes despite being very busy. The staff were really helpful. The menu here is r
Fantastic Thai take away. Wide ranging menu of starters, noodle dishes, curry’s and more, all reasonably prized. The service was fast and well organised. There was 25% off on collection orders over £20. Really tasty food, well recommend.
Lovely little place and you can see both that it's popular and why that would be. Tasty, reasonably priced food and the restaurant aesthetic is unfussy and clean. The staff were lovely, providing good service, unobtrusively.
Really friendly attentive staff. I had the vegetable Tom Yum soup starter, it was very flavoursome and full of a nice selection of various veg. My partner who is vegetarian opted for the spring rolls and said they were delicious. Mains we had beef green curry & panang curry with tofu. Both were
We did not arrive in Whitby thinking that we would have amazing Thai, but here we sat, having one of the best Thai dinners that I have had in a decade. I asked for spicy, and they delivered. Such an unexpected and pleasant experience!
If you are in Whitby eat here. It's just great. Clean, suberb cooking, great flavours. It's busy and we booked. Kamthai deserves to be busy. Don't miss it.
What a beautiful place the food was outstanding, the service was quick and efficient and the staff were lovely and at a reasonable price. If you want something different other then fish and chips I would highly recommend, would come time and time again if I did not live in Lincoln!
