5 stars to our Server - Leah & the Drinks. 4 stars for the ambience & decor and for the quality of the ingredients & to the way the Chefs stir fry the ingredients. The reason why the less rating is because they ran out of shrimp and there was no follow up by the manager. If it’s all you can eat, then they must live to that promise. This is my 2nd time here and I actually like Mongolian Grills and have had at many places in the US as well. Let’s hope they improve our experience if we decide to visit this place again.

Nice ambiance, comfortable seating & welcoming greeting along with friendly staff. Nice selection of meat.
We noticed several small flies around the sauces which are open and uncovered, the guys working the grill are great, however after sweeping/mopping hands not washed. Presentation of food not the greatest or consistent. We waited at least 10 minutes for our waitress and gave up to approach bar and ask another waitress for more bowls.

Great service, great food, super flavourful because you choose your sauces! The fish, squid and shrimps were our favourite. Cracked egg is a nice touch! Chicken was good too. Beef by nature of cooking might be overcooked for texture.
Ice cream for birthdays too!

Mannnn it's so good that some of these places have survived the pandemic. The experience is worth the visit alone but the combinations you can create solidify the justification.
Lovely wait staff who are always on the ball, and make sure you're not looking for them for any reason.

Amazing Build your own stir fry place. It's grilled right in front of you! Lots of great protein, veggies, and carb and seasoning options to choose from. Great pricing and amazing staff also!!

Liked this place in Whitby. Went here for the first time. The ambiance is good. There are party rooms as well. The room is good for about 10 people.
There are clean. The food is also good. There is a patio during this patio. You can have all you can eat. The options are plenty.

I have been to the Mongolian Grill at Don Mills and Lawrence in North York many times, and my experience at this location was not even close to what I was expecting.
While the young girl that sat us and the cooks seemed pleasant, the food
options were not great and very limited.
The location in North York had a full hot buffet, a dessert buffet, better sauce choices (and layout so you’re not dripping sauces into other sauces or dropping food into sauce jars).
Understanding that we were there for the lunch menu (which is apparently different based on another review), the price did not feel like a lunch price - I paid $100 for 2 adults and a 2.5 year old to eat lunch. Which is the same as I’d pay for dinner at a better location with more food choices.
We also hardly saw our waitress. Drink Refills were not offered until we were ready for the bill, and there was no mention of a desert menu.

It is an experience watching someone cook your food on a big grill. However the food quality is meh. We were there for lunch. Very limited choice of food. Chicken, beef and sausage. Fish was barely available, and they only put out tiny bit at a time. Small salad bar and didn’t look maintained and fresh. No desert bar. Don’t think we will be back.
