Was served by a lovely woman called Amy here, it was quick service and she still held a conversation with me as she served me. It was very nice latte, and you can’t beat their caramel shortbread! The tables were clean and the shop looked well kept. Don’t normally visit this Costas but I will be back again!
It was nice enough, comfy. I wish the tables were cleared a bit faster but then I guess having more staff on would help with that.
We ordered a toastie which was only toasted on one side. The cups and spoons were both dirty, tables hadn't even been wiped. Consequently we won't be going back to that Costa!!
No stars for food, simply because I didn't eat there. Lovely coffee though, and served with a warm smile. Well worth a pit stop here.
Absolutely fantastic service, so helpful and friendly. I asked for 5 drinks to take out and had my 3 year old grand daughter with me, so between us, we came up with ideas to make my walk back to the park a lot easier.
