Friday afternoon very quiet with no queues but the food is still awesomely expensive and tasty.
It's the only place I can get my 8 year old to try something new.
The whole menu is its lovely including the vegan options.

Service was good quick and efficient though so bar being a little bit pricey, overall very nice place to eat.

Went for a quick lunch to this large bright and airy restaurant. Classic Wagamama menu of course. Staff friendly and attentive. Food served quick although I should say this was early afternoon and only a few tables being used. I had a good jack fruit dish mildly spiced over flavoured rice. Also a light Korean barbecue steamed bun.

We had lunch today at whiteley Wagamama, as they are very helpful in accommodating food intolerances.
I had chicken pad thai with onion and garlic and leeks replaced with mushrooms and it was Gluten Free.
How lovely to go out to eat, and to have a choice of a variety of meals. The food was very tasty and delivered promptly with a good deal of attention from the lovely staff.
Couldnt fault any of it and especially impressed with the excellent customer service from all the staff. I was made to feel safe with my food intolerances being catered for and nothing was too much trouble. So refreshing to feel like i mattered.
Will definitely be going again. Well done to manager, cooks and waiting staff.!!!

Food is always excellent, staff can be a little brusk but it’s the nature of the place, never saw the same server twice! This venue is quite open plan and loud. Very busy for a Tuesday night.

The vegan pad Thai was yum. I felt that the tofu would have been better without the batter / coating as it ends up going soggy for.takeaway. it was a nice heat too lots of chilli

This is a lovely restaurant. The food is absolutely divine and so beautifully presented. It comes when it's ready, which may sometimes cause some people to start eating later, but it comes very quickly from when you order. Staff are polite and attentive, and the restaurant is clean. They have free green tea, and also have a donation scheme to help out a mental health charity which is really amazing. 10/10!

Grace was an amazing waitress from start to finish always checking if we had enough drinks and was satisfied with the food or if we had any allergies which we appreciated. She is the definition of service with a smile.

Good food—what's not to like?! We've been loyal customers for years and always enjoying our meals. However, service and cleanliness of the restaurant has slightly declined in the past 6 months. We find ourselves leaning towards Pho or Sakura in Portsmouth lately, despite the distance also because the prices are compatible (if not slightly cheaper) and the portions/ quality are a little better. With the rise of Oriental cuisine options locally, we will still dine at Wagamama, but could step up its game moving forward to compete a little more 😊

My first visit to Wagamama and I will go back. We had friendly service. The food was well cooked, well presented and tasted good. Service could have been a little quicker but it was quite busy for a midweek evening so no bother. It feels a little expensive for what it is but this venue doesn't choose menu prices so not judging it for that! I would definitely go back here again.

Great food. Specifically the soups. Had a great time with friends there. The kabocha is great and the hot soups keep away the cold. I had to go there twice the week I was in town. It was that good.

The only thing that could make the menu better would be build you own ramen as I always have to order the pork and chill beef ramen both as they are both amazing make a no sea food just chicken beef and pork service in fareham always quick and top notch !!

Over the years I've been going to wags I've never had a Bad experience or a bad meal staff are always very friendly and very helpful especially if it's your first time and will help you around the menu if your not 100% sure
My daughter loves the place and I would say it's for all ages so give it a go you won't be disappoint with the food or the prices

My first time coming here to eat at this restaurant. Food was very nice. The only thing I didn't like we're your seats. I have a bad back but the staff fitted in a comfortable chair and cushion ,so * for that. Would recommend it to my friends.

1st time for us at Wagamama, a big departure from our normal fayre. What a great decision! I'd tell others who are unsure, don't be put off by unfamiliar names on the menu, there's nothing too 'out there'! Our meals were delicious and beautifully presented. The portion sizes were enough for anyone, trust me, you won't go home hungry. Would I go back again? Hell yes!!

One of the best meals out with my Coeliac grandson. The staff were so helpful sorting out a substitute for the noodles and soy sauce so he could enjoy mini yaki soba and he loved it (except for the green stuff!).
