Had a wonderful visit could not fault the service or food was all hot and tasty and the waitress we had interacted kindly with our children and we felt welcome. A great advert for prezzo from our experience on a Saturday night
Lovely meal and the waitress and manager were great. I think the drinks, only soft ones, were a bit overpriced. But would visit again
The staff are very helpful. As someone with coeliac disease, I've eaten here a few times in the past year with no issues. It's really great to go somewhere with so many gluten free options carefully prepared!
Prezzo is great for a nice meal when I’m out with friends, the staff are polite and helpful.
Came here twice last month, firstly with a party of 6 and the waitress Megan went above and beyond she was amazing. The second time was two of us and the food was just as gorgeous but service was slightly slow when waiting to pay over all amazing restaurant though!
Had lovely service from Natalie very easy to talk to and knows what she’s doing. Would recommend trying to go upstairs as it’s better service. Clean and both genders toilets. Not to busy and lovely and quiet. Would definitely recommend for families.
There's no atmosphere ar this restaurant. Staff are lovely, food is good but I'd only go as a handy meeting place and not for a special occasion. Although the food is good, without a downloaded voucher, I'd think it expensive.
Used Tesco vouchers for a meal out. Pretty faultless to be honest. A but pricey if not using vouchers but good sized portions.
Great attention to detail from the staff the food was excellent service was good on the whole a good experience all round and for a party of 12 the food was brought out togeather and not in dribs and drabs

Food was the best meal I've had. Really noisy though with layout of buildiny even with reduced numbers.

Lovely food. Waiter was very helpful. Our child has a milk allergy, and they provide a menu with very clear details of which meals had dairy.
Prezzo is my go to when I want good food that is safe foe a coeliac. Great service and good drinks.
Lovely meal lovely service. There is service charge on the bill which is a bit pricey but its optional., look out for that !!
Went there for my wife's birthday. 5 adults. 1, 3 year old and 1 only 9 months old. My son ordered a pizza that he didn't know was very spicy. No problem they changed it. The food was great. The staff looked after us and we has a lovley evening. Aimee
Really good value with a Wednesday or Thursday voucher (40% off) and excellent choice for me being gluten intolerant. I had a pizza and it was lovely.
