Had a really wonderful dinner here with my partner. It was our first time here but we were excited to try it after being told of the chain by a friend. They really go all out with the theming and decor, which makes the experience of just being there a lot of fun. This didn't come at the expense of the food quality at all though, which was wonderful - really fantastic burgers and great desserts. The staff were all really friendly and helpful too. We will definitely be returning!
We went for dinner our 11month old daughter and she was amazed by the decor with all the hanging plants and flowers from the ceiling and of course the large dinosaurs dotted around the restaurant. We were not expecting it when the staff came round to our table with a couple of animatronic baby dinosaurs to say hello to our daughter. It was a really nice touch!

We visited for the first time to celebrate our daughter’s GCSE results and it did not disappoint! The atmosphere was lovely, the food was delicious and we couldn’t have asked for better service from Evie :) it was perfect! Some lovely memories made, thank you x
Lovely experience at Jurassic Grill!
I dined there twice during a trip down from Scotland and found the food to be delicious, staff polite and atmosphere very unique.
If you're looking for an interesting experience with great service this is the place!

Plenty of parking at Whiteley (it was very busy when we arrived but we found a space).
Kids loved all of the dinosaurs and decoration around the restaurant. It was very warm inside.
Food was very hot and tasted great!
We didn’t get a dessert this time because we were too full!

Went today for the first time really enjoyed it ! Food was really nice freshly made, desserts were super yummy 👌 too Annoying that you don't get table service but not an issue there wasn't a queue to order food. Children loved it! Would go again !
I love this place! You can't keep me and my Husband away. You don't need to be a kid to enjoy dinosaurs ya know!
Its so pretty inside with all the foiliage and dinosaurs, the food is delicious and is good value for money. The last time we went, you order and pay at the bar, which was new.
Make sure you try a blue vimto drink and deep fried comets!
Took the kids as they have wanted to go for a while. Took a while for the staff to come and greet us and show us to the table. Ordering was fairly straightforward and the food and drinks arrived reasonably quickly. The food is quite expensive for what it is but it is of good quality and for the added experience of having a blue burger bun was OK! It's a shame the blue burger is not available on the kids menu
I would recommend to bring your children there to eat and entertainment. Foods absolutely delicious 😋, This place is card payment only, no cash so once you sat down and see the table number then you will have to order from the bar just like the pub system. So they will serve you on the table. They're really friendly, good service. There's many vegan/vegetarian options. There's so many dinosaur toys so you could buy a gift for your children.
We waited a month to come here and it was totally worth the wait!!! We had an awesome time, the place is amazing, the decor is unbelievable and the staff are so lovely !! We were served by Jennifer and she was so smiley and chatty, we couldn’t have asked for a better server! She made our evening special and nothing was too much trouble! If I had a business I would certainly have her work for me cause places need more people like her cause she is lovely !! All the staff were brilliant, a guy came round and talked to us about fossils and we found it really interesting ! Brilliant atmosphere will be coming back very soon!!!! Highly recommend!!
We had a meal at Jurassic grill last week for my sons birthday. There was a large group of us (20 including four children). The staff were incredible. Specifically who I think was the manager, she was so chatty and friendly. Really helpful and patient as I can imagine how difficult large tables can be. Catered amazing to all our allergies and just made the whole experience wonderful. Would definitely take my son back here he had an absolute blast.

Everything in the place is very well thought out and looks absolutely brilliant! The food was nice and the staff very friendly. The price wasn't terrible, at around £70 for 4x adult meals, drinks and 2 or 3 starters.
The only criticism is that the vegan Great Valley Burger could definitely benefit by having a sauce (such as maple mayo like the other vegan option), as the buns are quite large and dry otherwise.
Overall, a decent change to the norm 👍
Loved it ! My son absolutely loved it too he walked round looked at all the dinosaurs and was happy the whole time , the food was delicious and amazing! The coloured buns were a lovely touch .
The staff were attentive and helpful they provided a lovely relaxing atmosphere for us all .
They organized a celebration for my son who works there who has just finished college with a congratulations and a dessert ( which I paid for) at the drop of a hat when I asked 🙂 .I want to personally thank Rosie , Lee , Anna , Chloe , Jack ,Nathan , James , Reuben ,Sophie , Dylan and Hayden you all provided a lovely dining experience and we will be coming back 🙂
Went here for my birthday meal and it was everything I'd hoped for. The decoration of the restaurant is excellent and sets the atmosphere perfectly, my daughter loving seeing all of the dinosaurs around. That the staff too were dressed in outfits befitting the theme was really appreciated and we had excellent service from a young waiter named Max. Often with these gimmick restaurants, the food is an afterthought, but the burgers we ordered we're really tasty and again fit well within the theme. For this kind of experience it was also fairly reasonably priced - £75 for a shared starter, two adult mains, a kid's meal and 3 puddings. Will definitely visit again!
