Great Chippy in Whitley bay, chips are cooked in beef dripping. Very tasty 😋 will be visiting again.

Had fish chips and gravy there today and it’s the best I’ve had in a long time. The gravy was to die for. Not greasy and tasted amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone

Lovely little shop. Got served by a lovely pleasant lass who seemed happy in her job.
Ordered 3 chip butties, large sausage and thoroughly enjoyed it whilst sitting outside with the kids.
Will deffo be back 🙂

Came across this eat in chippy its down a side ally next to Greggs in Whitley Bay, the staff where so friendly the food was really cheap and cooked to perfection we had the set menu meal of Fish chips, bread and butter and a cup of tea all for £6.50 each,yes thats not a typo never seen that quality food for that sort of price in years.
All I can say is if your going to Whitley Bay then this place is a must visit the 3 ladies who where cooking and serving are doing a fantastic job and all with some good banter.

Lovely old gem of a chippy passed through family for 100 years so I'm lead to believe. I used to go there at 17 years old and beyond some of the same girls work there still 30 odd year on possibly longer. It's not a flash shop but they know what to do with a tatty, fish, sausage even banana and mars hoy some batter in and woop

This place is a true hidden gem of Whitley Bay. Best fish and chips in all of Tyneside in my opinion. Food is beautiful.

We loved to eat fish and chips tea and bread in this place. Lovely restaurant with restaurant upstairs. Very well served as if it was your own home.
Fish and chips are delicious. We had the radio on which it gave another big point to this place. I hardly recommend this fish and chips shop and restaurant in Whitley Bay.

We had fish and chips with curry sauce and battered sausage and chips, absolutely amazing. Best I've had in years, and the curry sauce is probably the best curry sauce - ever! The staff were very friendly and customer service minded! Only downside is they use polystyrene containers but still had to give them 5 stars even tho I'm very anti polystyrene.
