The best fish and chips I've had in a long time. I don't know how they prepare or cook the chips but they tasted like the ones I ate growing up. I'll definitely be going back again
Really nice food but the service is pretty bad. The young staff didn't seem to have a clue what was going on and weren't getting any help from the older chap doing the frying. Other staff just wondering around looking a bit lost. Very disorganised.

Unfortunately salad is really dissapointing every time.
Like basically an empty box, with a couple leaves of lettuce, couple slices of cucumber and 1 tomatoe.

Battered sausage and cod bites are delicious, chips were slightly over done and the curry sauce was a bit watery. However, it was very polite and excellent service and took about 5 mins in total in the shop. Overall a very tasty tea
Amazing fish and chips and far the best in Whitley bay. So fresh and tasty, You can tell by just looking at how golden the batter is.
I have been there 4-5 times and not been let down once.

As usual a fantastic meal. Friendly and helpful staff created a brilliant feast for my family and I. Cooked fresh to perfection 2 wonderful cod and chips along side kebab meat and chips with chilli . Always just the right amount of food at a competitive yet reasonable price. Frankly I would go nowhere else . The best in town.
Very good. Nice big bit of really good haddock fried to order and to perfection, with plenty of well cooked chips.
Best fish & chips ever last night. Freshly cooked and not greasy in the slightest. Beautiful crisp batter and lots of fresh succulent fish. Chips were excellent too.
