Log fire roaring, what a way to greet you on a cold, wet November day! Service was great , we were served by Alya (apologies if we didn't catch your name correctly!). Food was amazing,, especially the starters and the black 'n' blue loaded fries! . Excellent beer with the Cheshire Cat from Weetwood brewery.. Definitely recommend a stop off here for a meal and warm.welcome. Looking forward to trying some of the other paragon locations, but this will be hard to beat !!

Our waiter (Jordan I think his name was) was really pleasant which encouraged me to keep the service charge on which I usually don't agree with. The ambience was superb and the wait times between courses could not have been better.
The food presentation was on point as well as the quality as well as there being plenty to choose from. Not much at all to grumble about, so thank you.

Really nice meal, food was delicious. Service was decent, no complaints. The only let down was my dessert, the s’mores cookie dough - presentation could use some work. Otherwise a great experience.

Lovely meal tonight, food was amazing.
I'd noticed on the cocktail menu that you would be willing to make any that the customer wanted, so I requested a flora dora, waiter hadn't heard of it..but with the brief information I gave him, he pulled it off! Well done, it was lovely (I'm so sorry I didn't catch your name!)
Only downside, we weren't asked if we would like to see the dessert menu, after waiting 20 minutes after the food was cleared, we decided to leave it and just ask for the bill. Would have really liked to have tried the waffles....maybe next time.

Tristan was our waiter. His first impression made us feel comfortable and welcomed. He was polite, personable, efficient and effective.

Visited for the first time yesterday. We absolutely loved everything about it. The chicken fajitas were amazing. The decor and music was spot on and the staff were very attentive and nice. Very well done.

The food was amazing, the service was quick and they were all really friendly. The building is really cool as well. Only downside is that it is quite dark and loud but it does fit with the theme of the place so it can be expected.
