We ordered a veggie veggie pizza to share. Half of it was spicy and half was normal. This is a combination pizza and is quite tasty.

I've never been here before . A warm welcome on arrival and I could choose any table. I choose a vegan option which was delicious with a glass of Rose. Staff were very friendly, the restaurant is in a great location. Very happy customer 😀

Food here is fantastic! From the starters to main entree, it was all superb! The staff, especially Antonio provided an excellent service! They also accept Visa (few restaurants in Whitstable accept cards) convenient for visitors with little or no £ on hand. Everyone visiting Whitstable MUST try the food at Zizzi's!!!

Staff were welcoming and attentive. Our meal was amazing! For the first time ever, I couldn't finish my (prawn and salami) pizza, it was huge. Great value, courtesy of Tesco Clubcard and our server Anna was brilliant! So friendly and professional.

Having been let down by another Italian restaurant we headed to Zizzi's. We were meet at the door by the Manager Gareth, we explained the situation and that we had a Buy a gift voucher that friends had brought us and today was our wedding anniversary. Gareth showed us to a table and set about sorting everything out, unable to download the voucher due to bad Wifi. Gareth then said that our 3-course lunch and wine would be complementary as an anniversary gift. What a lovely generous man. The food was amazing and we were so full we couldn't eat dessert, but he said he would pick a dessert for each of us, with nibbles to eat on the beach as a takeaway. He really did go the extra mile for our anniversary. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful but I can honestly say Gareth went above and beyond and is genuinely a lovely man.
I would like to say thank you to Gareth and Zizzi's we will definitely be back for more amazing food and to see all you lovely people.

Had a lovely lunch here today boiling hot day and the restaurant was busy but the serving staff were great very friendly and efficient we didn't realise how big the sharing platter was (delicous btw) so couldn't finish my pizza so they very kindly gave me a takeaway box, overall good experience 😀

Never used to care about Zizi, its just another chain, but then they introduced the vegan menu, making it an easy option for my mixed groups (also have a childrens menu) Reasonably priced in or outside London. This one is just by the beach and has a nice outside section. Service was friendly and pretty quick considering how busy they were. The vegan cheesecake was a winner!

Fantastic food , amazing service and excellent with children . The children’s menu was really good and great variety. My 1 year old daughter enjoyed it. I had never been zizzis before and would totally recommend to anyone . Only fault I can find was that it was a tad noisey great for family.

Lunch time around 1.30 my sister and granddaughter went for a meal, we normally go to Bluewater where it is much busier so appreciate they would have more staff, but I had to find someone to ask if we could have menus and a table, service was slow but didn't mind as we didn't need to rush so up to that
Point ok ish, my sister and I ordered ravioli and we did wait a long time my granddaughter had finished her starter and main and was eating what was left of our garlic and mozerell bread when we got our food it was just about warm to the point that the cheese was cold and not soft as it normally is, we ate our meal and left we should of said something at the time but we didn't want to make a fuss plus there where only the chefs on the floor when we left, so very dissatisfied not like Bluewater where every meal is 100%

Ordered food on the app 1 hour 20 minutes ago for collection in 30 minutes. Still waiting. Got there after 30 mins and they hadn't even put the food on.shambles. pathetic. Won't ever use again. Update , got the food absolutely disgusting , 10 slices of pizza, topping concentrated all on 2 bits, literally the worst meal I've had out in years. Cheers

Had a table booked for 5 people
We was showed to a table for 4 + a chair on the end not enough room I saw a table on another level set for 6 after a few words with the bloke showing us the table we moved.
I went to the toilet as I went into the toilet a cheif came out still in his chiefs clothing NICE .
When I went to wash my hands I noticed that the sinks were dry and the floor by hand dryer was dry. Back to the Restaurant WHAT'S wrong with good old China plates
Food turned up on some old pieces of drift wood how clean are they rather than cause a fuss we just got on with our meal.
And I have to say that the whole Resturant need a re paint as it is looking worn out.

Will definitely be returning not been to a Zuzzi in years as my husband is dairy and gluten intolerant, the menu has loads of choice now we had the lamb which just melted in the mouth, already picked what we will eat next time, staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly!

Went to Zizzi whitstable last night for the first time. The waitress was lovely and very friendly but that was the only positive. The food was very average and there were little black fruit flies everywhere. After killing 2 that landed in my food and waving the others away constantly we gave up and left. Won’t be going back.
