Food was amazing, tasted amazing and was such good value for money. Everyone had 2 courses (kids had 3) and drinks it was still around £20 a head for adults. The only thing that let it down was the service, as it was rather slow, and it wasn't due to it being busy. But the staff were lovely and friendly

Cheap lunch out for a family during the week. Food is decent enough, but the mid week 2 and 3 course menu prices, plus good kids menu make it a really good option. Service could be better, kept waiting at the door for a table, even though not busy. Not the friendliest server…not rude or anything, just not much more than bare minimum communication.

Had a lovely lunchtime meal here on Saturday. I had butternut squash, spinach and ricotta lasagna with a side salad and garlic flatbread. My partner had a big piece of battered fish with chunky chips and mushy peas. Food came out fresh and piping hot. It was all delicious. Our waitress was friendly and polite. One glass brought out was cracked but as soon as we pointed it out it was taken away and another brought out. The restaurant is accessible by wheelchair.

Clean restaurant, very good food.
Restaurant clean but a little dark, lighting could do with being brighter as dark, even during the daytime.
Service good, just quite slow, as it was not particularly busy at the time.
All said though, I would eat here again.🙂

Michelle was so lovely, she was very attentive to our table and very accommodating to my son who has multiple allergies. My sons food also came out very promptly so he wasn’t waiting too long for anything. 10/10 would definitely recommend her as your server.

Not the easiest to drive into, due to busy traffic lights, reasonable parking facilities.
We waited quite a while to be seated, but the table service was polite & efficient. The food was lovely and ample. Lovely, warm & jovial atmosphere

Went Friday night with some good friends. Couldn't find our reservation but still managed to find room for us. Service was slow but it was very busy at that time. Food was good, not the bast but not the worst. Very filling. Would go again.

Normally very good, but on the last occasion I had the gammon steak which was very large in area but very thin so when cooked it made it very hard to cut and eat

Have been coming here regularly for last seven years. Although have not had a bad meal, we have noticed that the amount of staff has decreased dramatically. Only one bar staff on so long wait for drinks and three waiters for the whole restaurant. It was very busy and the poor staff were totally overwhelmed with trying to keep up. You really need to increase your staff quota, they do an amazing job and are the "face" of your company.

I stay in premier inns all over the country and all the Beefeaters are the same food is ok but the service lets them down. It isn't always that they are under staffed but I must admit the staff here were very friendly and did there best.

First time there will never go back again food was ok 5 out of 10 but forgot side orders lol the waitress was very pushy for you to order your food was not very relaxing or welcoming I think we should have gone to a cheap burger joint and got better service

Awful food. Bland, dry and cold. Brother and I had a burger, both had bad stomachs the next day. Tried speaking to the "manager", Chris, who was rude and in no way helpful. Offered free desserts. We obviously declined. Was advised by our fabulous waiter Sam, to complain on their website to be refunded for the meal.

People beware - if you go with a coupon from the Internet they will not honour it
I have 2 coupons, both for 40 per cent off , up till 16.5.17 from voucher slug and one other one , but the manager would not honour them

We were very regular customers , once a week , but it seems they don't appreciate your custom

Was there last night and booked for 6pm. We ordered drinks and to be honest we’re a long time coming. We had our starters and then was told it would be about 25mins wait for our mains, so that was annoying. By the time we had dessert it was gone 9pm when we left. Far to long for a meal.

I had ribs food was cold and ribs weren't very nice and only 2 small onion rings And my wife had a roast, beef was fatty, potatoes were hard and under cooked and Yorkshire was burnt. I was lucky I had a voucher off code but even then it was still too expensive. Wouldn't go back. Very disappointed 😔

Can't fault the food. There were no restaurant tables left but we were happy sitting outside and ordering from the bar as it was a nice day. I wanted to order extra mushrooms with my steak but it's not a possibility on the menu so we left it. Food came out in good time but they forgot our kids dessert once we finished the main so after waiting for quite a while we had to go and ask for it. The steaks are very thick and good quality. You get very few chips with them but as chips are unlimited with steak we just ordered more. We would be opposed to going again if the opportunity arose
