Excellent fish, well cooked, and served by a very nice staff. Sausages and chips are quite nice. The service is quick as well! Highly recommended - even if you have to go out of your way to get there.
My favourite chippy in Suffolk, I often go here. Chaps behind the counter are really friendly, and remember your face. Great value as well.

Good quality fish and chips, pain in the butt they only take cash, this day and age questions should be asked. Large cod medium chips £10 a head.
Excellent fish and chips very taste, staff very friendly made you feel welcome, chatty, always had smile on their face, even though we just made it before closing time at 9pm thank you for your service. and they threw in free sausages which were yummy.
Ordered regular fish, chips & mushy peas, as it was close to closing time (13:45) on a Friday lunchtime in June, the fish required cooking, 6 mins later it was done. We ate it outside in the sunshine & was perfectly cooked, nice light but crisp batter around the fish, perfect chips and proper mushy

Great tasting fish and chips, and they sell gravy! Nice chatty lad, knows what he's doing, great with managing customers with family all working as a team.
Not cheap fish, at times price for one person meal £10, Sometimes closed at 8pm which is a shame if your working late and want an easy tea.

I'm quite partial to the odd portion of chips on my travels and these are the best I've tasted in ages! The guy serving was very friendly and didn't moan like others do when you ask for a small/half portion. Can't wait for my next trip back to Wickham!
We think its the best fish and chip shop around here... fish is cooked to order so it can take a while on a busy evening. But worth the wait. Just be aware that it's cash only.

Under new management since about two months ago. I have been getting fish and chips for two here every month for years and it has always been good. The prices have gone up now from £8.10 to £10.80 for what we have but the fish this time was cooked to perfection with excellent thin crispy batter. The
