Lovely place to break our journey and stop for brunch. Food and drink was excellent, prices reasonable and service good. Dog friendly too. Recommended!
Stopped for a cup of tea, a top notch flapjack and a slice of coffee cake while out cycling. Very friendly atmosphere. Would definitely visit again when next in the area.
Lovely food in good portions, great service and very good value.
Friendly welcome, good service, lovely menu, clean crisp appearance, food freshly made which was delicious.
Great breakfast. Lovely friendly staff. Quirky little place. Try the bubble and squeak, loved it.
Pleasant sandwiches, lovely coffee and dog friendly.
Lovely spot, not the cheapest food but very good. Had tomato soup (with 2 chunks of nice bread) and cheese & mushroom quiche, which along with a latte came to about Β£13.
I enjoyed my first visit, food was very good and service thankyou
We had a lovely welcome, very kind and happy staff. It's great to go into a cheerful place.
Great staff, great food and a relaxed atmosphere
I have had takeaway drinks and cakes from here during covid and thoroughly enjoyed them. However, this evening I booked a pizza online and picked it up for takeaway. Absolutely amazing. One of the best pizzas I've had and certainly blows away the chain takeaways that offer them locally, will certain
Have not been to the cafe since Darren and Sally left so my friend and I called in yesterday. Lovely welcome - we ordered bacon bap and sausage bap which were lovely. The only thing that’s changed is the two lovely ladies behind the counter. We will be back x
Really lovely cafe with friendly, chatty owners. Great coffee and even better bacon.
Really good coffee and even better cake 🍰, they took the teapot away before it was empty, which we found , quiet funny , our allotted time with the teapot was up . 😝
My little boy wanted to go here for lunch on his birthday, he had beans on toast and he loved it. I had a tuna melt toastie which was lovely also. Reasonably priced considering that is a locally run cafe.
Fab and huge bacon roll - genteel and recommended establishment πŸ‘
Called in whilst on a cycle ride today, cheese scone was very nice and plenty of butter πŸ‘
