The staff at The New Peach Bower are always really friendly, the take aways cooked fresh and on time, most importantly the food is good quality and value for the money. It’s certainly one of the best Chinese takeaways in the area.
Note - although there is a dining room, which is a bit dated, it doesn’t feel like the kind of place that you would eat in at, hence four stars.
Can't really say about atmosphere as never dined in foods always well prepared and happy to swap dishes or remove veg
I ordered a green thai curry and it was awesome, it had the perfect balance of sweetness, heat and was full of flavour. The name of the place was a bit strange to me so I wasn't sure of what to expect but that said I found the place easily, the staff were friendly, the food was cooked quickly and didn't cost an arm and a leg. Overall, I was really pleased and will be ordering again.
I've never eaten in the restaurant but I will one day as it looks a cosy little place, the take away that we've had had always been delicious, ready for collection when they say it will be and the lady on the front desk is very polite.
Enjoyed a really good freshly cooked takeaway while staying at the nearby campsite. Would recommend.
Very nice food and quick service. It has a very busy take away area adjacent to the dining room so on a cold evening, early sitting, it was a bit chilly in the restaurant hence 4 stars rather than 5
10 of us out for a birthday meal, and what a feast. Excellent food ,service very attentive.
