Amazing amount of merchandise. Staff very friendly and helpful despite being understaffed. Food delicious with plenty of choice. Cakes looked delicious. Easily spend a few hours here.
Love coming here to feed the fish in the aquarium, especially the koi carps. The staff are always so friendly

An above average garden centre offers lots more with clothing and cooking merchandise. The great variety of plants are a decent quality at a reasonable price. It worth buying their loyalty card, which gives 10 per cent off for £12

Food is very good along with the cleanliness of the Restaurant which is also of a very good standard.
However, personally I cannot understand why the Lunchtime Menu online is so different in choice to the Counter Menu on display. There is a lot more choice on the Menu shown online that does not app
Went here Friday 14th July and visited the cafe we ordered two big breakfasts that was amazing, but are main reason for this review is the staff they are all hardworking nothing seems to be a problem for them, they are polite and very friendly so are 5 stars are for the staff 😁👏
I visit nursery very often and I love it, always something different to see. Their plants are real quality and the staff really helpful
Sadly have ranked it down as they have gone back to 'Service Dogs' only allowed on premises! A great disappointment as was good to be able to shop with my dog and attend the 'Santa Paws' events at Christmas, not sure why they have taken this back step.
Rivendell in my opinion is the best all round garden centre in the Warrington area, especially for the wide range of plants and flower varieties they stock.
Spoke with a very helpful, knowledgeable fella called Ian this morning who ordered some hard to find plants for me.
Went to the garden centre today for a cup of tea and cake. I’ve got to say, we spoke to the lady cleaning the tables - think her name was Jackie. What a breath of fresh air she is! Lovely as always. Great range of house plants. And sat in the cafe with some cappuccino cake, which was delicious! All cakes are covered so they're not dry 😃
