Hi just called into Hamraz tonight for the first time, had food from here before as my daughter normally picks it up for me. First impressions: spotlessly clean and greeted by very friendly staff. The food is absolutely spot on and i would highly recommend this fine takeaway to anyone . They threw some extras in as well popadoms with all the sauces and onions and a free weekend taster . I travelled 7 miles for this food and it was worth every penny . Thank you and see you soon

We recently moved to the winstanley area and have always been an indian food lover. However we did not know that this place was there. Since finding it. We are even bigger indian food lovers and cant get enough of the place. Not only is the food amazing but the staff are too.
I recently done a charity fundraiser and the guys at hamraz supported it big time. By donating such an amazing gift to an auction. Although we did not get many people attending the fundraiser we still managed to raise a good amount. However myself and my partner ended up buying the donation back from the auction. Again just proving how much we absolutely love this place.

Food is excellent and well worth every penny. The portions are quite large, the meal deal midweek is an excellent bargain. The staff are great and the free tasters we have had with a few meals have also been excellent and makes you look forward to try something new on next visit, definitely would recommend to friends and family!
Had the meal deal recently and you cannot be disappointed with what you get. I have tried several meals and found every one great. I would recommend this take away to anyone wishing to buy Indian around the area

We always freeze a couple of your currys when we come away to Spain in our Motorhome... that's tea tonight and delicious as usual....
We frequently order our Indian takeaways from here and I cannot recommend this place enough. The starters are well seasoned and curries are very tasty. The dishes are reasonably priced and you definitely get more than what you pay for. To top it off, the customer service is always amazing and the overall appearance of the shop is world class. Highly recommend!

Tried many within Wigan that deliver and always had to wait well over an hour.
Our order is always ready once we arrive within their given time frame... the free pakoras are always a nice touch too.

OMG the food was amazing, this was seriously the nicest Indian I’ve ever tasted, the shop is spotlessly clean and the staff are so friendly Would of given more stars but there wasn’t an option, defo be a returning customer and highly recommend
I order quite regularly from here and the food is always spot on! The staff are friendly the only thing that puts me and I know quite a lot of others is the gangs of school kids they always allow In, puts you off when you’re sat waiting for your food especially if you have your children with you because each time you go in the kids are always fighting, swearing, banging on the furniture and I’ve many of time heard them giving customers waiting abuse. It seems to be becoming more of an issue and unfortunately it’s putting people off wanting to go collect food and I think it’s going to reflect badly on the business unless they do something about it.
Hey everyone I'm from London and was visiting nearby for work purposes for a week. On three occasions we've ordered an evening meal from the lads at Humraz. Was very impressed with the food. All were full of flavour and also one of my colleague ordered a curry dish which wasn't even in the menu that was spot on too. Compliments to the chef. Overall I would recommend this place if your into a decent curry.
I sat at the bar and had a glass of Rose. I was having a hard time deciding between the steak and quail, but the bartender recommended the quail, because she said it was a very unique dish. I'm 100% happy with my choice, because the quail may have been the best dish I've ever eaten.
Fantastic staff, great customer service, food looked, smelled and tasted absolutely amazing and the portions sizes were great. Couldn't ask for more.

Great little place I found whilst driving back down to London. Food was spot on and loads of selection. Really friendly place and Abs (I think that’s what he said his name was) on the counter was very helpful as I didn’t want my food too spicy and he made sure his colleagues prepared it perfect :)
Consistently high quality. Never had a bad meal. Service is good and the prices are in line with everywhere else, which for me makes it better value. Free taster dishes on the weekends are a good idea.

Always come to Hamraz when I want a curry and love that it's my local one. I come back because the quality and taste of the hot ones like jale jule, hamraz special and vindaloo is brilliant and to my liking and the staff are really great; always polite and welcoming and always give you extras to try. My biggest disappointment is that when we move from the area it won't be my local :(
