Good service, but always appear to wait much longer than any other McDonald's I've visited. No McFlurry's either, which is a regular issue for some reason 🤔

Very friendly and helpful food is very good and helpful staff lost an earring in toilets and one of the staff found it and handed it in I was very grateful and would like to thank you all
Most of downstairs seating now touch screen ordering. Still tons of seats upstairs.
No drive thru as its centre of town.
I highly recommend standishgate wigan macdonalds as its the best in town . Great customer service. Lovley food . Great atmosphere. Don't have wait long for food like some other macdonalds restaurants. This restaurant is lovley and clean with friendly staff. I rate this macdonalds as 10 out of 10
I have no problem with going to this restaurant, from a quick cup of coffee or something for lunch.
Rather unfriendly staff, but food good as usual.
Went here, the self order kiosks were hard to use, then got to payment and the reader said no connection so had to pay at the till, at least the staff member was friendly and sorted me out.
