You get a nice (and still cheap) meal and students get a chance to learn and work towards a future in catering.

Young people starting out training and full of enthusiasm eager to please great food reasonably priced what's not to like. It's a training venue so it is what it is.
The quality of food compares very favorably with some more high end type of restaurants. Food prepared and served by first year students so evident lessons are being learnt. Great value for money. We'll worth a visit.
