Amazing food. The service could do with some remedial restaurant training. They brought out our starters with our mains, even though we clearly stated we wanted them prior to our mains. I understand the place is staffed by young people, however instead of sitting and talking amongst themselves, they may want to check the table and see if everything is ok at least once during the meal. One would think for the price, one would get the service as well.
I visited Monday evening (21st November). It was ok! I had an olives starter, followed (very quickly) by a half chicken, garlic bread & coleslaw main. It took a few moments to be acknowledged. When I was it was friendly enough, I was told to take a seat anywhere available. After I ordered the starter and my refill glass came quickly. My main followed very quickly after that! So much so that I had at least 2/3rds of my olives to eat. By the time I started on my main it had cooled somewhat thus reducing my enjoyment of it! The staff were friendly but lacked the energy, the bounce in their step that many of the other Nando’s staff seem to have. I won’t be in a rush to return to this particular Nando’s it certainly hasn’t damaged my view of the brand. It is just lacking those touches you’d find in the Leigh or Middlebrook branches. (Ps I would love to see the hot drinks options return, I am aware this isn’t branch/visit specific, and it hasn’t affected the score)
Great warm welcome, lovely food as haven't been for years and had the salad bowl with halloumi. Yummy! Clean toilets, great service but please, stick a note on the door that doesn't open outside saying "use other door"!
Had our dinner here last week. Biggest Nando I've ever been too. Food came out so quick, I don't even think I'd took my jacket off. Lovely food, lovely staff. Will go again. Avoid match days
My favourite chicken liver is back! They threw in the mango vegan ice cream for free. Very glad that they included a vegan burger in their menu. I’d have preferred if they didn’t pull the blind down. Wanted to soak up all the sunshine while indulging into a delicious Easter Friday lunch.
Absolutely spot on cannot fault this site!! Returned on the 12th of April 2023 to try the VUSA hot sauce as its a limited time option ot was brilliant. It's really really spicy. I definitely recommend trying it before it's gone
Probably the least busy and the cleanest out of all the nandos we have visited. Nothing special but the servers are very polite and accommodating.
First time getting Nandos in over 2 years since I moved away. The manager was very nice and attentive about our allergen needs and everything was cooked perfectly. The other workers were all very nice and served with a smile. The only down mark is the wings were very small compared to what they used to be.
very helpful staff (eve) letting us know there wasn’t any chicken on the bone. Went for the chicken thighs with peri tamer and they were quality. Best ever this Nando’s.
Overall a good Nando's experience. Ordered three courses and sides for three people and service overall was great - ordered from the app to the table. Had to ask for our desserts but service was busy at the time.
Tables were clean but seats weren't and had to wipe them down before sitting. Didn't want crumbs on bums! Toilets were clean which is a plus.
Food is always great but tonight service was a little slow, which we really didn’t mind but Alesha was absolutely amazing making it up to us. She is an absolute credit to the restaurant 😊

Absolutely outstanding from the moment walked in till the moment we walked out- I was welcomed in, sat down, served straight away at the till, brought my food over within a matter of minutes (starter and main which were both perfection) and then waited on and attended to all by Daniel. By far the fantastic, switched on, attentive, efficient member of staff I have ever witness in ANY food establishment- Give the guy a pay rise!! Best Nando’s experience I’ve ever had, spot on and thanks again to Daniel 👍
