Cracking spot! Much bigger than it looks from the road with glorious views down the valley!
Called late Saturday afternoon and still had loads of choice of cake and it was a generous size when it came!
All the staff were very pleasant.
Coffee was hot and full of flavour.
Cafe was clean as were the toilets.
Just a warning though - this is a cash only cafe through no fault of their own.
Thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
Excellent warm service from attentive staff from start to finish. Wasn't currently taking card payments but did allow a bank transfer.
Great value for money, tasty and the cake portions were ginormous.

A Really nice tea room. Great coffee and really nice chips. The staff and service was brilliant, really friendly, clean and the location is perfect. There was people inside having lunch and there’s plenty of seating, in or out. Will definitely stop here again 💎

Stopped for breakfast, what a treat good food and great service. Make it your place when in the area. Also the cakes look so good.
Good hearty food to set you up for a days hiking, great views of the sheep, and the farmer trying to heard them while they ran him round in circles 😁. Also, the cakes are something spectacular.

Finally got an opportunity to visit, been passed several times, always looks like a village hall, and in essence that's exactly what it is, someone has had the great idea however of running a cafe from within it. Great homecooked, to order food. CASH ONLY place, at all times. No issue for us as we knew before we went. As its quite some distance from any nearby towns/villages to dispense cash, best to ensure you haveenough beforehand. Not an expensive place, meals on parr with most cafes in towns and villages surrounding. Home made desserts on offer so ensure you leave room to try them out.
Will definitely be back!
