Beautiful Sunday dinner here today. My disabled daughter is tube fed an we were able to get a meal to take away to blend up for her to have later. The staff were very friendly and always on hand if anything was needed. They even offered to blend my daughters meal for us if she wanted to have it while she was there. The food was all freshly made and piping hot. Will definitely be back soon. Thank you x

They were very considerate with our child being in a wheelchair and even told us if we liked the table we were at they could reserve it for us when we book again as it was very handy for our child’s wheelchair.

Just wanted to say a massive thanks to Trevor Dunn Greenway and Natalie Dunn at Ye Olde Toll House. We went to their Elvis tribute night last Friday for Father's day. It was fantastic. The staff were friendly and attentive, the food as always was outstanding even to Trevor cooking our army son 2 burgers because his are the best. Richards steak wad cooked to perfection. Well the entertainment had everyone up and dancing and singing along. Honestly truly a memorable night. Thanks guys

First time I visited this place and I was completely shocked by the appearance from the outside it looks like a quaint oldy worldy little old fashioned pub- which I love! Inside I was just overwhelmed it is beautiful little rooms feeding through and from one another. There were 12 of us celebrating a birthday and we were seated in a room with just another two tables it was lovely felt very private which is good with a 4 year old - he cudn bother other diners and as it was late he could sit down on floor and play on his Ipad instead of being propped up the table.
This place is amazing and I will be back as I want to try the Sunday lunch and the physic evening :-D
We had our annual New Years Eve meal with our mothers as this is the place we all love to go to celebrate. Been going for many years now and always found it friendly and cosy and the food is beautiful. I would recommend the Toll House for its lovely meals and friendly atmosphere

Visited the Ye Old toll house on numerous occasions now, and each time the food has been amazing. Trevor and all the staff are so polite and helpful. I would recommend the Toll House to everyone.

I had a wonderful experience here at Old Toll House, food was on point! Portion size was very satisfying, everything was cooked to my preference, tasty and left me wanting for more! My favourite was the juicy chips,hot bread and cold real butter alone!Atmosphere was authentic, romantic,clean and comfortable and staff was very accommodating, pleasant and good. I definitely will come back. Highly recommend!
Had a wonderful experience last night, we attended the Ska event which included a three course meal, the food was absolutely delicious, the set menu had the most wonderful choices on it!
I had the prawn starter, beef wellington main which was cooked to perfection and the cheese and biscuits to end what was an absolutely delicious dinner!
The staff were attentive and the entertainer was fantastic!
All ten of us enjoyed our night, will definitely be returning again, brilliant venue
6 of us have just come back from a meal here for my husband's birthday and wow, what a treat it was! The food was delicious, hot and such generous portions. It was all so tasty, credit to the chef. There was plenty to choose from and all 3 courses and a drink for an incredible price of £30. The extra drinks were of a reasonable price too. We will definitely be back and we would thoroughly recommend eating here.

Cosy atmosphere, however, can get very busy (especially Saturday evenings), so it's not so ideal for a quiet romantic meal for two.

Had a lovely fish and chip meal with peas and tartare sauce. Beautifully cooked and presented. All the staff were very friendly and attentive. All in a clean, comfortable setting. Will definitely be revisiting.
Me and my sisters visited with my mom for afternoon tea. Food was out amazing and service was excellent, no complaints and can't wait to visit again.

It's a cosy small restaurant/pub dining. The staff are absolutely lovely and couldn't do enough for us. Food was good-great couldn't fault it at all.
If you're having the carvery, don't bother with a starter. I couldn't finish my main meal and felt awful leaving all that delicious food. The carverys came out with a very large plate piled with meat roasters, pig in blanket, Yorkshire pud, stuffing, etc and the veg and potatoes came out on separate serving dishes. The burgers came out topped with the biggest onion rings I've ever seen 😍.
We spent about £175 for 8 people. 4 starters, 8 main meals and 9 drinks.

Soooo much food and great range of different sandwichs not just the little ones you get some places with the crusts gone, but wraps, sandwichs, chiabatta, bagels even! Then a great selection of delicious savory bites- quiche, scotch eggs with a twist, mini yorkies, prawns, olives, yum. And then great selection of cakes and scones too! Just amazing value for money and loved the old building very quirky. Highly recommend
Wonderful afternoon tea. Five types of sandwiches, 5 different savouries, 5 cakes plus scone with jam and cream. Also, endless cups of tea. Only £18.50 per person but 25% off until end of August. Very busy when we went so book early.
Food was amazing, the service was good, the beer could do with modernising, may be a real ale instead of run of the mill keg beer, this isn't the cheapest place and a traditional beer would add to customer needs. Slightly dated decor but as I said food is great

Brilliant little spot if you want to getaway from the big brand restaurants and are seeking that personal touch that come from smaller operations, the food and service is always good, plus outstanding entertainment events.
Visited here for a family gathering, food was great, service excellent, and very nice staff.
Even though the restaurant was full to capacity everything was served together and on time.

Immense place, food second to none, strangely quiet for a Friday night but attentive staff, great drinks selection and fine dining, what more could you want, a hidden gem.
