Review The Bell - Willersey

Gordon Glasgow
Popped into the Bell after a short walk in the blazing sun with my dog. Super friendly service in a wonderful little pub. Pip (the spaniel) enjoyed the bar area and treats.

We did use the bell and it was a really nice place to be. The menu was so tasty. It did change ownership and I did hear it was still worth staying, or even just for a meal.

Popped in on the off chance for a meal and im so happy we did Really lovely attentive staff very warm and friendly. The meals were homecooked piping hot and very reasonably priced. I did take pictures but unfortunately i can't post for some reason 😕 But i would definitely recommend this place and if on holidays in the area we would definitely return.

Was a base for starting & ending our walk. After the walk we sat outside for a drink & some food. Overall, it was a fantastic experience in a wonderful village.

Lovely country pub in a very beautiful & quiet (typically English) country village. Wide range of drinks on offer & exceptional tasty food. Nice beer gardens for those hot sunny days & evenings

What a charming Hotel/Public House, the food is excellent. The atmosphere is was warm and friendly and the Landlady Sue, is very is very kind and helpful. There is a section of the restaurant where you are welcome to bring your dogs. Also a garden and carpark at the rear. Enjoy it's a most charming venue.

Good for food. We went in for just a drink, struggled to find a place to sit. All tables and chairs taken for those eating meals. There's about 4 bar stools and that's it as there is little room to manouvre if you are just having drinks. Shame.

Stopped for a wonderful lunch after visiting Broadway. Nice pub. The food was delicious. Had Fish & chips and Bangers & mash, which were quite good. Loved the crumble for dessert. Staff treated us amazingly well.

Lunch stop on our 61 mile charity bike ride. Pre-ordering meant our lovely food came out promptly. It was also really tasty and fresh. The staff could not have been more helpful, particularly with one cyclist who had fallen and had cuts. Well worth a visit.

We had lunch here today and it was good. The menu is easy to follow , we agreed on a sharing seafood platter for under £20! We thought of adding a portion of chips but decided against it as the waitress assured us the portion was ample. It was. The beer was good, the restaurant was clean and the staff friendly. Thank you for a superb , value for money lunch.
