Visited for breakfast. Haven't been for a while and loved the new look. Food was delicious. Ordered the breakfast bagel and asked for the sausage and bacon to be cooked really well and it arrived perfect.
Staff very pleasant. Will definitely be back before too long.
Nice Cafe and shop. A good menu with something for most tastes. There are lots of items for sale including their homemade vinaigrettes. Located in the Marina and having indoor and outdoor seating it has a nice atmosphere.

Had lovely coffee & cake here. The cakes ( rocky road & cornflake cake) were very large, which is good! The staff were really friendly too.
The toilet was accessible which is great for those with mobility problems but it could do with a good clean & a lick of paint.
One of the best bacon sandwiches EVER! I recommend the granary bread. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his sausage sandwich too. Coffee was delish.

This was our first time at the marina & therefore at The Beetroot Tree. Everywhere was very busy but we managed to get a table for five of us.
The drinks arrived very quickly & the food followed promptly. Everything was well presented & very tasty.
I had the halloumi stack which came with roast aube
