Great food and excellent service. The only down side is the corner room is SO loud that people have to scream at each other to be heard. We would have been better off being seated behind the check in counter. Outside was not an option.

The lobster bisque is superb. The pepper pizza is flavorful and cheesy. Their wings are large and the signature sauce is the best. One problem is their boneless wings have many little shards of bone in them. I showed them to the waitress and she said she would show the chef. The manager did not come over for the issue.

When we got there it was quite busy and there was about 1/2 hour wait time, which I kind of expected. We waited for a while and then ended up sitting at the bar watching baseball. The food was good and the staff was great. I’m not sure where we would have sat if we had waited but I like that they’re right on the river. Fun place and would like to go back again.

Have never had a bad meal here. The perch and shrimp is very good. Burgers are great! Hungarian Pepper pizza is delicious. Nice patio on the Chagrin River.

Delicious food and just a great vibe all around. My husband and I got chicken fingers for an app and they did not disappoint. Our Jack burgers and fries were wonderful. Fast service even though it was busy.
We sat outside on their covered patio which was fun!
I also like their wait system. We had to wait for a table which is fine (it was a saturday), but you can see where you are in line and how long you’ve waited. It’s cool.

Warning ...Bees on patio. Got stung and had to deal with a bad reaction the entire labor sat weekend.
Good walleye sandwich, but wish we'd moved inside.
Suggestions to traders.. move the flowers that are attracting the bees even more.

Trader Jacks was a cool place to grab a bite and drinks before Kayaking up the Chagrin River. The food was fresh and well seasoned. The only downside was things were a bit slow because they were SUPER busy. That said the wait was worth it.

I'm pretty critical when it comes to reviews you either get an amazing one or terrible one or nothing if its the way it should be that's just expected lets be honest. We recently have gotten into hot sausage pepper subs, appetizers and thought we would give the Freds Hot Sausage Pepper Pizza a try via take out! 1st of all the ingredients are top notch, from the crust, cheese, sauce to the sausage and peppers, quality is top notch. Taste was out of this world, very spicy but perfect because if you order this lets face it, its a spicy dish anyone who doesn't like spicy shouldn't eat it. However, if you do this won't disappoint, in fact local pizza places need to step up their game!! Perfect pizza, presentation was great, the bake time nothing was over done or gooey either, everything was spot on!! Great job don't change a thing!!!

Group of six seated right away inside. 30 minute wait for the patio. Our waitress , April Z, was friendly and attentive, amazing .The food was excellent. I had the jambalaya which was spicy and so delicious. Perch dinners, cod sandwiches. Everyone enjoyed their meals and the portions are huge. The only downside was the prickly pear margarita...way too sweet.,
