Had great service. Soon as i walked in i got asked about how my day was, all the rice, beans and meat were fresh which i know some people are saying that it always isn’t.. it was. All the salsas were good and fresh. The young lady behind the counter was very fast and respectful. Very good portions also. As i get down to the cash register i got greeted once again and we had a nice short conversation. The flavors were there and were very good. Overall 10/10 I will be back

I walked in at 10 p.m. to place an order. The restaurant was staffed with several people. The associate hollers out, "we are online only." My husband loves Chipolte. He does not use a computer. At ALL. If it was him, he would be without dinner. I placed the order from the dining room and stood there watching them break down the food line and clean. Aside from the customer leaving, i was the only one there. It was after 10:15 when the order that was due at 10:10 was started. I asked what would my husband do if it was him. The question went thru 3 people before it was answered.

The food is always delicious. The restaurant is always clean. I’ve never waited long when I’ve ordered online or in store. The staff is always attentive and gets you in and out. They’re not stingy with services either. Just go early if you need vinegarette. They run out by 2pm lol

During the pandemic and the subsequent years after it, Chipotle’s across the board (including this one) went downhill in regards to quality, portions, and cleanliness. I was presently surprised going to this one yesterday as the portions were generous, and the food quality was good. Overall cleanliness was okay but I came right at the dinner rush so I’ll cut them some slack. The line was pretty long but moved efficiently enough for me on a Friday afternoon. In the past I’ve had less than spectacular meals from here but I’m happy to say it feels like they’ve turned the restaurant around.
